OoC; HOLY MCJEEBUS, I totally forgot that Mello could see Siddoh. I suppose it fits with Siddoh's character, but I still feel like a dunce T_T

IC: Siddoh noticed that Mihael was watching him and almost shrieked. Of course Mihael could see him, he'd touched the notebook like everyone else in the gang! And now Siddoh had just told him that Destiny had a notebook. Siddoh did the second thing he thought of - the first being flying away.

"He can see me!" Siddoh hissed, "Oh, do I stick with the plan? He scares me!" But he hadn't been whispering to Destiny. He had spoken to Marcus' deaf ears. It was a split-second choice that he knew he'd regret. He was distracted as two other children entered. Jacob Power and Koian? These were the people Destiny suspected?

Snake noticed Just enter. He knew in his gut that Just was lying. He just hoped that there was something on his PSP that Just had left.

"Uh, hi," Matsuda greeted Just, "I'm Matsui, Misa-Misa's agent. I used to work with L and Light. We're--"

Light elbowed Matsuda in the ribs, "The investigation hasn't even started yet, Matsuda." I'm glad he at least used his fake name.

 

OOC- Awww *hugs* I had to read my how to read to make sure if that makes you feel much better <_< >_>

"Alright, that's enough people in here. The office isn't big enough to keep nine people in without someone getting hurt or something getting broken. So unless you have been asked to stay, and you know who you are." He said, lowering his voice even futher then it already was naturly. Staring at Sidoh to make sure he got the point that he mustn't leave and the impression that if he did something very, very bad and very, very painful could happen to him. "Out, now. That includes you Matt." He added as Matt started to shoo the others out of the room.

"Aww, come on!" Matt whined in a childlike fashion. Folding his arms sulkily.

"Out! Now Matt!" Mello bellowed at him. "Seriously, just grow up!"

"Fine, moody sod." Matt muttered bitterly as he walked out of the room. But not before defiantly snatching his DS from the top of a pile of paperwork on Mello's desk.

"I dunno what's gotten into him today..." Mello facepalmed as he dropped back down into the seat. Holding the chocolate bar up to his mouth and gently licking it. Trying to regain his cool, it was amazing just how much a nicotine deprived Matt could irratate you. "Bloody idiot..."

 

"Seriously? Are you sure?" Just asked, still looking confused.

I don't think Diary or Snake are buying this act, but I think the teachers are still not convinced that I'm Kira.

Siddoh let out an involuntary squeak as Mihael focused his glare at him. He doubted he could move if he wanted to.

"Misa," Light said, "I think you should go outside with Just and Koi. You won't really help the investigation." Misa pouted, but left the office. Matsuda made to shoo out Just and Koi.

"You're not a part of this," Matsuda apologised, "This is a police affair, so unless you have badges somewhere I'll have to ask you to leave."

 

"Light, when I said all I ment all. I wish to have a private word with Miss Diary about something." Mello repeated, his eyes unwavering from Sidoh. He could sense the fear in an odd way, it was slightly insulting but none the less very useful to have a that power over a shinigami. Carfully he shooed everyone bar Sidoh and Diary from the room.

OOC- Yesh I do, I have every Manga for the second arch and How To Read. And Another Note <_< >_> I dread to think how much it's all cost Dx

 

"So, Mello," Diary asked after everyone else had left, "What is it?"

OOC: I have all the DVDs so far, Manga volumes 1 and 2, How to Read, the three DN movies, and Another Note. -obsessed-

 

"You have a Shinigami." Mello said simply sitting back down again and putting his feet up on the table. "So I'm assuming you have a Death Note. Now, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt. You weren't talking like a Kira, you were talking like a L." He said folding his arms satisfactorily. "Hello Sidoh." He said, waving in a friendly fashion to the Shinigami. "I'm going to bite you. So, Diary. You haven't made the trade have you?"

OOC- DVDs aren't out in the UK, at least they're not easy to find but nothing anime/manga is. And I didn't bother with the films after I saw L eating a bag of potato chips. It physically hurt me to see that Dx

 

OOC: Go on Youtube and search the channel LChangedTheWorld. gogogogogogo.

IC: "No, I haven't," She responded simply.

 

Koian followed Just outside and tried to listen in secretly. But the walls were to thick. "So whats going on in there? And is it true! Has Kira started killing again?!?" Koian asked franticly around almost convincing.

 

"Yea are you certain it's Kira? Have there been that many deaths?" Just said slightly more calmly than before.

 

OOC: I still want Beyond Birthday to be in this. Can I RP him?

This RP already has so many time shifts. Couldn't hurt to add him. xD

IC: Siddoh surruptitiously slid behind Destiny, putting the smaller girl between him and Mihael.

 

OOC: I don't really know how to explain the '>>;' face Diary would make at that.

When I RP as Beyond, his personality's going to be probably nothing like L's (I don't remember the part of Another Note in which he didn't act like L, I just know there was one.) xD. Just so you know.

 

OOC- Whenever I RP as him I just make him a stereotypical bloodlustful pyschopath who is obbessed with L <_< >_>

"I can still see you Sidoh. Diary isn't a magical invisibillity cloak and you sure as hell aren't Harry Potter." Mello said trying not to laugh. Sidoh was always a great source of entertainment for him. Though the sheer amount of fear did make him feel a little bad about it at times. It's not like he'd deliberating terrorised the thing. It'd just happened, made making friends rather impossible and Matt was the only one willing to fight back nintynine percent of the time. Though he did find the odd gobby little madam like Luna, complete pain in the arse but she was certainly bright in Mello's eyes. Though now this case was kicking off within the school it may be worth talking to her. "Right, before I send you off back into society with that thing, sorry Sidoh but it's not like you have a gender, but I need to know: Have you used the Death Note? One anyone, even to test it out."

From right behind Koi there was a saracastic and slow clap. "Well done, and the winner of this year's Queen of Drama award goes to: Koi!" The voice was that of the cynical tones of Luna. Who was once again sat on the floor, knees tucked up and a book resting on her knees. Though as she spoke she didn't look up from her reading. "Because either she over reacting or she's just plain acting. Or maybe a bit of both, only one or two people in the whole world will know. Right?" She asked, finnally looking up from her book and looking at Just, then at Koi and finally back to her book. "Not that I'm implying anything, but no one else seems worried about this bar you two. Snake and Diary seem quite calm, I personally have full faith in the staff and so do all of the others from what I've figured. That or they don't want to show the weakness, making you two seem some what... a tad overdramatic. Which does make me wonder..."

 

OOC: Lulz.

IC: "No, I've never used it..." She said. It almost seemed like she was starting to space-out. "I'd never do anything comparable to Kira's actions... "
'Damn it, I can't space out right now,' she thought. 'It's sad, but it's almost been a year... I can deal with it...'

"I am not a thing!" Siddoh protested, "I... kinda liked Rem..."

OoC: sorry I can't post longer >_< Of course, How To Read specifies that shinigami DO have gender, I read that on the interwebz.

 

OOC- I'm really confused about their gender situation, there's rules in the book about Shinigami and sexual relationships so they shouldn't need to have genders. And I read somewhere that they didn't biologically have them but they are one mentally and they don't sexually reproduce or something. It's really, really confusing ><


"Isn't it against the rules for Shinigami to have sexual reletions or something, or is that just with humans? I forget." Mello said dismissivley. "Point is you don't act very male but you sound like a bloke. You alright Diary?" Mello asked, noticing the strange look of distance in her eyes.

 

"Well you can't just expect them to instantly solve this case. Look at the first Kira case. It took months for the killings to die down. I don't there's any reason to expect this to be any easier to solve. Not to mention the fact that we live in the same building as the investigators puts us at rick despite the fact that we have aliases." Just said in a somewhat calm voice.

 

"Being honest, not really," she responded, "But... I'll be fine."
