Koian looked at Luna then rolled her eyes. "So what now. Because im getting bored just standing here." She said sitting down. "Plus i got track practice tomorrow and I want the energy." Koian added in sighing.

"Alright Thanks!" Koian said standing up running to her dorm to change. When she got there she changed into her gym clothing. Koian ran along to the track. When she got there she found her team mates and sat down on the bench with them.

 

"Well see ya, Luna. I'm gonna go up into town for a little. I've been dying for some fast food."

I need to find a secure location...

So now CG has Beynd Birthday... I thought the case that L and Near went off to work on was about Beyond. Is that okay?

"I have some spare time, care to talk about it?" Mello asked in a slightly surprising act of kindness. Pushing out the chair on the other side of the desk out with his foot.

 

Koian had a good practice. They ran and sprinted and had some friendly races. The coach told everyone there team ranks. And of course Koian got #1. She knew she would because in America she got #1 too. When done with practice she headed to her dorm. She grabed a towel, clean clothing, and her shampoo. Also she grabed a hand towel and a bar of soap. Koian walked down to the girls wash room. When there she toke a stall and hung her stuff up. She began and later finsihed putting on her clean clothing. When she was ready Koian left and headed to her dorm. She put her stuff up and sat at her desk.

Diary thought about it for a moment. She'd never trusted this secret to anyone outside of her circle of friends, who she gained because of it. Not even her family knew.
"If I tell you this, you're going to have to keep it a secret. Is that alright?" she asked. Although she knew a few other students that didn't like him, or almost feared him (Snake as an example, she noticed), there was something that Diary found trustworthy about Mello. She couldn't exactly put her finger on it.

 

Just flashed his student ID to the security guard and he drove out.

Hmmm... There has to be some place we could use... Just had traveled about five miles off campus once he finally found a torn-down gas station.

He parked his car outside and put on his sunglasses just so it would be slightly harder to recognize him. He walked in calmly and looked around. Pretty small on the inside area. After a minute of inspecting he noticed a loose tile. He picked it up and there was a cellar below the station.

Mostly empty space... The cellar was about 30 feet across, and there was a small window that let some light in. But I can work with this. This place is perfect...

Just put a padlock on the door hinge and took the key before leaving. He drove back to the academy and promptly headed to his dorm.

Just realized that Koi might use the notebook pages he gave her. He sent her a quick IM to make sure she wouldn't.

hey, just wanted to say quick, dont do any acting for now. i found a larger room to practice in, ill show u it 2morrow.

I hope she understands what I mean by that...

 

OOC- Having now watched a large amount of RedvsBlue I be hyper, but still very tired <_< >_>

"I won't tell anyone. I promise." Mello nodded understandingly. After all, it wasn't as though he himself didn't have a few secrets. Most of them he wouldn't even talk to Matt about, some things he'd rather keep to himself. Things that well a truley deserved the Shakespearean quote of 'Stars hide your fires, protect my dark and deep desires'. Some things that should never be spoken of, some terrible things.

OOC- *doubts she got the quote right but is too lazy to check*

 

Koian just got Just's IM. She read it to her self and IMed back to him.

K ill make sure and btw im in my dorm

Koian toke out a magazine and started to read it.

 

"Okay."
She paused for a moment before starting, she seemed hesitant to say anything.
"About a year or so ago, there was this girl at my high school. She was the only person I really ever spoke to outside of my family, and she was hugely against Kira because her father had been a criminal in the past. She was worried he'd be another one of Kira's victims; well, it was more of she knew he'd be killed. When it happened, she was so devastated. She got so depressed, and it almost drove me insane to see her like that, and well..."
She had to choke the next words from her throat.
"She.. commited suicide. not even a month later. Her dad was the only family she'd had, so she actually lived alone in that time, despite how many times I'd insisted on her coming to live with me. She just couldn't deal with it anymore. Kira had indirectly killed my only friend."

There was a silence of about three minutes, and only a hint of sadness remained in Diary's voice.
"I had to switch schools after that. The only other people that know this are the friends I made there; you, and I. Sidoh might count as well."

OOC: It is driving me up the wall how much this reminds me of Misa. Damnit. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I can do to make this sound halfway original?

Too Lazy to read the whole post? Basically, Kira killed her only friend's father and her friend was driven to suicide.

 

OoC: That doesn't remind me of Misa. Misa's the opposite of that. It more reminds me of Snake's backstory >_>

IC: Sidoh didn't really know what to think about Destiny's story. He'd never really thought about consequences apart from the actual death part of using a Death Note. It was just the way he stayed alive. Thinking of it that way made him feel odd, more awkward than he usually felt. When Destiny mentioned that he could almost be a friend, the feeling changed. He felt... happy? (OoC: Oh God, I think I'm setting it up for Siddoh to kill himself by saving Diary >_<)

Meanwhile, another listened to Diary's tell-all. When everyone had been ordered out of the room, Snake had been determined to stay. Hanging out of sight, he doubled back to the principals office. Pressed against the wall, he listened to the speech.

Light glanced back and saw that Snake was gone. He turned back towards the office, Matsuda in tow. He turned the corner alongside Matsuda as Snake heard Diary's story.

Snake's face fell. What he had thought was a secret meeting turned out to be a secret tell-all about Diary's past. As Diary explained about her friend's suicide, he felt like a trespassers. He wasn't supposed to be listening to something like this. Snake stepped away from the wall, feeling guilty.

Light stepped forward to reprimand Snake for disobedience. Suddenly, he felt his shoulder grabbed by Matsuda. The detective made eye contact with Light and shook his head. Matsuda had seen the look on Snake's face. Light stepped back.

I guess I never really thought that Kira had affected anyone else like this, Snake thought, I never would have suspected... Diary's like me. She lost someone she cared about to Kira...

OoC: I'm not sure if I'm actually trying or not, but everything I write seems to be leaning Snake and Diary closer together... as in a relationship.

"I'm sorry to hear that..." Mello said, it was the only thing that came to his mind. It brought back some rather nasty memories of his own. Both of his own usage of the Death Note, or rather his getting some one else to use it for him. And of his parents. Although they hadn't been killed by Kira, they'd been killed by some one with a simmalar attitude, that killing people who commited crimes made the world a better place. His parents had been gang leaders of a large mafia-style group working within a Spanish city back in the early ninteen-nineties. Hence his avid interest in Kira. However, he couldn't bring himself to be so open. He left like such a hypocrite for making Diary spill her guts to him, but not to be able to tell her of his own misfortune. "I know it must really hurt to think about it, even more so to speak of it. And I am very glad that you felt that you could trust me with such secrets." Then as he looked at the sad, almost lost look on Diary's face and in her eyes he let out a low sigh. It was strange, he had this weird want to hug her. Some strange thought of protecting her. A abnormally... paternal feeling. Something he'd never experienced before. "Everything will get better in time. The pain will ease over the moments. And with every person you talk to, no matter how hard it is to say, it will get easier each time and you'll feel better for it."
