    Meh, the whistling I could take. It's the stalking that would get to me. I mean, this guy either had to have cameras set up to catch them going outside to alert him, or he had to be watching personally. Didn't he have anything better to do?

    This is seriously rediculous but funny at the same time. It's a damn song for chirst sakes and who the hell cares anyway. If i was in the jury, i'd be trying so hard not to laugh at this.

    Man that pretty harsh, going to jail just for whistling. I would understand if he was stalking them but whistling can't they have punish him some other way.

    I was loling while reading the whole article. Gees, they're over reacting a little too much if you ask me. I wonder what's going to be next... going to jail for singing a song over and over again? O.o

    This made me think... "What the heck?!" If they didn't like their neighbor, they should've moved if he scared them that much... o.o

    Well, moving does take kind of a lot of money, so it's not really an option, but they could have gotten a guard dog to bark at him, or something. As I keep saying, it's not the whistling, it's the stalking.

    If he is harassing them every time they try to go anywhere, it clearly IS stalking, regardless of where he lives.

    Ok I would of kept ignoring it, but putting the guy in jail for 20 weeks? He should have to do community serivice by assisting the eldery in folks homes. That way he will develop some sense of sensitivity for them.
