Work on line thickness and you should be fine. You were using a 8-10 pixel right? Try 3-6. That would be more ideal to make more precise lines for a tablet. Or so my mother says. XD
The only thing is the lines are kind of thick. I suggest you download a program like Painter or something, since it's a lot better for tablets. BTW, not sure what kind of tablet you have, but if it has pressure sensitivity Painter will exploit that. With the thick lines you can see the slipperyness of the lines, so a smaller nib will help clear that up. You could also try putting a thin piece of paper over the tablet's surface. The only anatomy thing is probably that her breast is kind of unshapely. Other than that she looks very moe. :3
*blushes* AAAH! SOOOO CUTE! But like the other people said, the lines are too thick and make it look a little sloppy. IT'S STILL CUTE, THOUGH! :D
Oooh...she has a tablet...*__* I second the comments about the thickness of the line. Otherwise it's pretty good. The eyes are a tad bit too close to each other...
It's very sweet, most things about it is already said so. I like the way you coloured the background. =)
