History: Was Actually born over a thousand years ago, but when Princess Luna became Nightmare Moon, he made the mistake of going to her side and defending her, not knowing her new plans. However, instead of banishing him to the moon like here sister, Princess Celestia only sealed him in crystal. Once Nightmare Moon had been destroyed by the Elements of Harmony and Princess Luna became herself again, Luna asked Celestia to forgive the sealed pegasus. Celestia agreed and broke the spell that had frozen him for a 1000 years. The two princesses explained things to him and informed him that he could return to his former duties of nighttime weatherman. He was sent to live in Ponyville and meet with the one best qualified to talk to him and help him become acclimatized in the new age, Twilight Sparkle.
