N.Korea conducts second nuclear test

I find it ironic that my history class starts on the Cold War the day North Korea begins the nukes.
There was sort of a feeling of "..... oh ****".


I guess I'm glad Obama "condemned North Korea's actions", but I hate how Stephen Harper basically only participates in world events if Obama does first.

Anyhoo, I'm surprised there hasn't been a BIGGER global "OMGWTFNO" panic.
