OK, well step 4 can be marked as check because I constantly work on amvs (I'm aquachik14 on YouTube, and don't tell me I use too much IM talk on there because, well, most people there don't really care if I do and plus I don't have an IM so I have to get it out of my system somehow ;) ), step 1, I'll do that after I post this :D, step 2, well I'll just keep that up, step three, I'm working on that one.

 

First off, capitilize that sentence. Stick with a similar typing for n00b (people do it all different ways, but you should stay consistent with yourself.

Consistency falls into building an identity. Forming your identity is VERY important. In fact, its one of the largest reasons people can become popular, or at least non-n00bs. Know what you want to be here, what you want to be known as. DarkAndroid is the forum Drunk. I'm the resident N00b hater, Roxas is a perv. We are all something, and people know we are that.

Double check what you've written before you post it, or if you catch something, don't be afraid to use the edit button.

Use more words. typing a lot is a surefire way to get yourself noticed. I look for people that post a lot when they type, because I know I can have intelligent conversation with them.

There are a few basics, now, do you have anymore specific questions?

Words that haven't been used? Post more, post on topic, post for fun. One of my pet peeves is people ruining other peoples fun. Such as power players in rps, and people who don't read everything in a thread. Know what you are talking about before you post. That is aHUGE boon to the people who are interested in the thread.

I did have my own personality, but that was when I was a very recent member. I wonder if I can go back to being cookie-crazy.

 

That's the thing about reform. You have to be calm and intelligent at all times.

Not only that, but you have to do it in a funny way, if you don't want to be exceedingly boring.

And that means keeping grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc., together.

Im tired of bieng a n00b! Im sick of members bieng mad at me and wacking me in the back of the head! I need help.

 

Here's what I would suggest working on first:

1. Quit the caps. It's kinda piercing. >.O
2. Learn your grammar.
3. Learn your punctuation.
4. Learn how to spell full words...correctly.
5. Hyper = </3

just to add: One exclamation mark a sentence unless you really need to, and don't overuse the smileys. We get the point after one.

 

I'm around here alot, but every-other week I'm not because my mom dosn't have internet at her house so I can't use it.

Though some of your word spelling makes it stand out...slightly.

Adding on again: Don't post random stuff in EVERY thread you find. Make sure your posts are on topic. Read the thread, and don't post after every time someone says something. Make sure your post has merit, and is not just random words. Oh, and if you haven't, cut it out with the peanut butter >.o

 

I'm sorry, but I just have to say a few things:
this feels a little uncomfortable no? I mean, staying calm, serious, intelligent, and ALWAYS using proper grammar, I mean, I feel like I'm 30 years old. Also, no offense, but why does it matter so much if I post in pink? I don't think that many people know that magenta is "the color of sarcasm" so why does it matter? I had something else to say, but I forgot what it was.
Hope I didn't sound like a n00b or jerk saying all that!
