We're just speculating man. Calm down.
It's not like you met Nomura and you were able to ask if Xion was a heartless and he said: "She's a nobody".
Besides, if your always arguing with us about that, then explain who Xion is the nobody of. Who's nobody in KH would be Xion?
That's the question of the day..
And for me, if Xion isn't a heartless, then the closest thing I can think of other than a nobody is an unbirth.
But, we are not sure who she is the unbirth/heartless/nobody of yet.

As for what she is, she's either a nobody or a regular human.
