    On this though, I think people tend to forget there are 20 staff members total, lol.

    If there are invisible ones, it never usually exceeds five. Plus, as KS said there is the PM system as well as the Report function, which is now integrated on-site instead of us having to look at our emails for them. So yea, invisibility isn't really an issue (nor has it ever been).
