Garth grinned and paid no attention to Reaper as he struggled with his cold body to move, if even closer to Mya, to protect her. Reaper shifted his wieght, summoning strength to stand and gripped Garth's arm, "L-l-leave 'er al-alone!"

Garth jumped in surprise, "Zane! But how...!?"

Reaper moved on to Havoc, with the last of his strenght, he pulled him and his sword from Mya and threw him back into Garth. Reaper fell to his knees before Mya, he gave her a smile, "I told you I'd protect you...didn't I?"

 

Mya gave him a weak smile. It's a bit to late for that now isn't it? She grabbed the area around her sword wound.

Havoc fell to the floor when Garth hit him. Grr. I'll kill you both!

 

Reaper pulled her against him, "I won't let you die..." Reaper pressed his cold lips to her forehead.

Garth shoved Havoc back, away from them, "You do that and we lose any information they may be retaining about the pieces of Eden! Damn you, control your temper! Those pieces are more important than some grudge you have against them." Garth summoned a few guards and had them move to pick them up.

 

Mya closed her eyes and let out a sigh. I just wish it wouldn't end like this.

Havoc shot a glare at Mya once more before walking back, clutching his side.

 

Reaper couldn't speak. He moved lower and kissed her lips.

Garth signaled for them to pick them up. Hauling the two apart, they carried them back to Garth's home. Garth pulled one off to the side, "Summon a medic. I don't want either of them to die. If they die so will you." The guard's eyes widened, nodded, and ran off.

 

Mya reached out for Zane when they were taken apart, but dropped her arms and passed out.

 

OOC: Sorry I had pep band.

BIC: Garth and his guards walked back to his home and placed each of them in separate rooms. With outside locks on the doors and guards posted at their doors. Garth got his neck looked at and bandaged up. He watched with a silent anger at Havoc as he got stitched up.

 

OOC: Its alright ^^

BIC: Mya searched the room, looking for any sign of way to get out.

Havoc stood up after gettig stitched up. If they don't give us the information, I'll kill them.

 

Garth sighed, "What is your plans with the assassin girl? She doesn't seem like that much of a threat and probably knows little about what we're looking for. Much less than Zane."

Reaper woke slowly and painfully. He sat up quickly and nearly passed out from the blinding pain in his gut. "Son of a..." He sat up slower this time and looked around, "Mya." He jumped from the bed and rattled the doorknob, "Hey, let me outta here!"

 

Mya heard the door rattle on the other side and ran next to the wall. Zane! Can you hear me?

Havoc walked up to Garth. She was THIS close to killing us both. It was a mistake to underestimate her.

 

Reaper heard Mya's voice through the wall, "Mya?" For once he didn't mind that she used his real name. He pressed his ear to the wall, "Mya is that you? Are you okay?"

Garth took a step back from Havoc, "Personal space Havoc, we've been over this. The female will not get the better of us the next time. You have my permission to interrogate her at anytime. I'll handle Zane." He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, "Perhaps we can force the girl to make sense of the clues. She did come for him. She might cave if we continue to hurt him."

 

Mya smiled to herself to hear Zane ok, but clutched her side in pain. You alright? I'm not doing so well.

Havoc scratched his chin. It could just work, but they are more resilient than they look.

 

Reaper took slow shallow breaths to minimize pain, "I'm doin as good as one can after being stabbed. At least we're alive, right? What do you think they're going to do with us?"

Garth ran his hand through his hazel hair, "If they don't break, they'll never leave." Garth left, walking back to his rooms, "If they don't break, I'll kill Zane to make her break. If him being hurt made her come after him, risk her life for him, she'll break."

 

Havoc nodded. I understand. But what if they don't actually know about the pieces sir?

Mya slid down the wall. I don't know. But they made us live for a reason. I don't like it.

 

Garth stopped, "They have to. They're assassins. Their network of information must have told them something. If not, then that's two less we have to worry about."

Reaper felt warm, "Speaking of stuff you don't like. Um, about th-that kiss...I..." He hesitated, not knowing how to explain. He never stuttered when he spoke so his voice must have sounded wierd to her.

 

Mya smiled slightly. Well...I actually didn't mind. It was my first time so...I don't know.

Havoc bowed. I'll make sure to get the information. He headed for their rooms.

OOC: Sorry for the delay. I had to go to my cousin's house.

 

OOC: S'kay.

BIC: Reaper smiled, that was something new. "Well, I just didn't want it to get wierd between us. I did think we were going to die so..." He didn't know how to go on. He'd taken women's virginity, but never stolen a first kiss. He felt like a little boy now, all giddy and strangly happy. He reached to touch his pendent and remembered Garth had smashed it when his fingers didn't touch the cold metal of the chain.

Garth watched Havoc leave, he hoped he could get information from them. Killing Zane would be a shame, it had become his daily hobby to wonder about him.

 

Mya smiled slightly too. Well, I just want you to know that I actually had similar feelings too. I probably wouldve done it as well. She hugged her knees, feeling embarassed by her own words.

 

Reaper wanted to laugh at himself for thinking otherwise. "It would've happened in time. This isn't really a conversation I want to have through a wall though. I should be able to see you. Y'know, speaking from the heart requires being able to see the center of your affection." He forced himself not to apologize for sleeping with that nurse but he was a guy and guys had needs. Reaper leaned against the wall heavily and slumped to the floor with a loud clatter of his broken armor being pulled off. Reaper breathed easier without all his armor. If it was broken, there was no use in wearing it.

 

Mya leaned her head against the wall and closed her eyes. Affection...you should teach me how to show it sometime. Before she could say anything else, the door bursted open and Havoc entered the room. He grabbed Mya by the collar and threw her outside. Ow hey! Watch the stitches! I'm not fully healed yet. He ignores her remark and pulled her up close to his face. I'd suggest you listen to what I say or this will be a long, painful day. He threw her on the floor, Mya clutching her stomach from the tweaks of pain
