Reaper struggled vainly, then started to plead with the guards, "C'mon, she's a girl! You can't do this! Havoc! You rat! Garth you son-of-a-" A guard hit him hard to shut him up and Reaper fell unconscious.

 

Mya ran up to Zane. Leave him alone! He has nothing to do with- Shut up woman! They punched her hard on the stomach, sending her to the floor, groaning in pain.

 

Garth found them like that. He smiled, "I see. So not even Havoc could get you two to speak." He took the guards place beside Reaper, "Ah, Zane, you could've had such a better life had your father not taught you killing was the only way. Yet you no not even why your father killed do you?" He looked up at the guards, "Take the girl outside the city. Leave her there, if she dies so what. We're keeping the boy. He'll rememeber something from his past if I have to beat it out of him for days. This," he looked at Mya, "Might be encouragement for you to figure out something about the pieces. If only to save your boyfriend."

 

Mya stood up, ignoring the pain. You won't take him. I won't let you. She grabbed the guard's sword and killed both of them and faced Garth. If you wat Zane, you'll have to kill me!

 

Garth scowled, "And here I thought I could simply have a normal day." He drew his swords and pointed one at her throat, "I won't kill you, but you'll be in a lot of pain. I still have need of you little girl." He made the first move, slicing at her head.

 

Mya dodged his slice and aimed a stab at his side.

 

Taking a step to the side, he moved away from her stab and hit her with the flat of his blade on the side of her head.

 

Mya fell to the floor, but retaliated by aiming a slash at his legs.

 

Garth jumped over her blade, his heavy armor slowing him down. he poised his blade in the air for a finishing strike.

 

Mya rolled away from his strike and smacked the sword out of his hand while aiming a thrust towards his chest.

 

He deflected her stab at his chest with his other sword, "You think it's that easy to kill me?"

 

Mya scoffed. If one gets cocky enough, why not? I should've shot you in the head. She stood back up and aimed a slash at his face.

 

Garth laughed and ducked. he grabbed her leg and pulled it out from underneath her.

 

Mya yelped and fell to the floor again, but spun around and aimed a slash at his head.

 

Garth backed away but stopped abruptly.

Reaper had gotten up and stood behind him, the sword he sharpened everyday and practiced holding in the center of his palm waiting to dig into his back. When Garth had backed up, the sword slid into him as easy as cutting through butter.

 

OOC: Wait I'm confuzzled. Who stabbed who?

 

OOC: Reaper stabbed Garth.

 

Mya widened her eyes when Garth was stabbed. Zane?

 

Reaper slid his sword out of Garth's back and leaned against the wall, "Didn't think I was out for good did you Mya?" He scowled down at Garth's now lifeless body, "Serves him right. My father killed because he was trying to protect my family. Especially my sister. But he's dead now so I have to kill to protect what I can."

 

Mya nodded and looked at his body, then back at Zane. We need to get out. If the guards see this, they'll swarm us in an instant.
