Mya strained against Havoc. He still is! Why can't you see that? I haven't done anything!

Havoc growled and pressed the sword harder on her neck. Quiet! I'm giving you one final warning! Release him, or she dies!

 

Zee wished his friend would come back, "You're wrong...he's not Reaper anymore. Reaper was my friend!" he ignored Havoc.

Zane cautiously moved toward him, "Zee, I'm gonna say this once. I'll change my name, I'll change how I look, but I will always still be your friend. Mya is just apart of who I am, something i've been missing. She dies, you lose your friend for good."

Zee hesitated, his sword lowering away from Franchesco's throat, "B-but...I..."

 

Havoc continued to hold Mya. He pressed the sword a but too hard and some blood spilled out of her neck.

 

Zane cast a glance back and saw the blood, he whirled quickly and hit Zee in the face, "That's enough!" Pulling Franchesco from Zee he tossed him to the wall, "Let Mya go!"

 

Havoc smirked. Sorry, but one must lie once in a while. He jumped out the window with Mya onto a horse on the bottom of the building and rode off.

 

Zane felt his anger boil under his skin, "Son of a b!tch! Damn you Zee!"

Zee stood, holding his jaw, "I'm sorry, Zane..."

Zane shook his head and jumped out the window, "You'll be sorry when I get Mya back. I'm gonna rip you limb from damned limb."

 

As he rode, he whistled and guards headed back where Zane was.

Mya closed her eyes as she was tied onto the horse. Zane, I'm sorry.

 

Zane jumped from roof to the streets and ran after them. His frustration with Zee and anger with Havoc helped him ignore human needs like stopping to catch his breath.

Zee followed, he wouldn't let his friend face Havoc on his own.

 

The guards spotted Zane and ran up to intercept him.

Havoc got back on his horse and rode towards the mountains.

 

Zane ran on anger, his sword cut through them as he slashed at them and pushed through.

Zee caught the stragglers as Zane ran on and finished them off. "Zane..."

 

More guards came and others began to close the gates of the city.

As Havoc reached the mountains, he carried her into a carriage which she was unconsious. He then got inside and ordered the soldier to ride.

 

Zane fought out his frustration and anger. He tossed his sword into a guard like a spear and fought with his fists and hidden blades as he tried to keep the gates of the city open.

Zee helped him, slashing at guards, he grabbed one up by his collar, "Where is Havoc going?"

 

The guard huffed. I-I'm not telling you anything!

The guards started to run away after seeing Zane's fury upon them.

 

Zee slapped him, "You'll tell me where he is or I'll give you to Zane and he's not in a very good mood right now."

Zane watched them flee. He stood seething before retreaving his sword from the dead guard he'd thrown it at.

 

The guard gulped. The mountains! He's heading towards the mountains. He's probably sailing for Venice. That's all I know! Please spare me!

 

Zee smirked and tossed him to the ground, "Hurry up, before he decides to kill you."

Zane overheard his response and saddled a horse. Swinging himself up he looked at Zee and gave him a curt nod before riding off towards the mountains.

 

The guard scurried away fast.

At Foreli, the port that led to Venice, Havoc and some other guards carried Mya withthem on board as they set sail for Venice.

 

Zane felt like he was getting sick. He eventually made it to Foreli and fell ill.

Zee followed him, pulling him onto a ship heading for Venice, "Don't worry, I have enough for the both of us." he said as he paid the captain for their patronage.

 

As their ship arrived at Venice, guards escorted Mya out. As she turned aroun towards the sea, wondering where Zane is, the guards roughly shoved her and pointed his spear at her.

 

Zee kept a close watch on Zane as they sailed for Venice. His condition worsened. "Zane...keep strong. We'll find Mya and that b@stard Havoc will pay." Zane mumbled in his sleep but Zee ignored him, passing it off as unimportant. He visited with the captain, "How much longer til we reach Venice?" "Not much longer now, sonny. You're friend will 'ave to be careful. Gettin' sick and crossing the sea isn't the best idea. We'll be in Venice by mornin'."
