In a secret warehouse, Mya was tied onto a pole surrounded by sensitive tips that if she tried to escape, spikes would impale her. She continued to think about Zane.

BIC: Zane lurched upright and Zee nearly jumped out of his skin, "Whoa, easy, Zane. You have a fever, lay back." Zane pushed his hands away and tried to stand, "Wh-where are we?" Zee sighed as his friend wobbled and fell backwards, "On a ship heading for Venice to get Mya. You needed help so I came with you." Zane closed his eyes, thinking of Mya, "We'll never get a normal life, will we?" Zee frowned and shook his head, "No, I suppose not. Templars will always be after you two."

 

Mya struggled out of her bonds, but it was useless. They were held on too tight.

 

Once they'd reached Venice, Zane felt stronger with solid ground under his feet. "We have to find someone who knows where Havoc took her." Zee nodded and pulled him toward the city.

 

Havoc walked around the city. He walked over to a guard. No one is allowed in this district. The guard nodded as he passed through.

 

Zee kept pulling Zane until they found a Templar, "Hey, you!" he shouted and Zane frowned at his openness.

 

The Templar looked at him and walked up to him. And who you do think you are? Mind your own buisness kid.

 

Zee stood a few inches shorter than Zane and glared at the Templar, "Who are you callin' a kid, filthy Templar!"

Zane looked around, ignoring Zee and the templar's battle of poor wits, he was hoping to spot Havoc around.

 

The Templar growled and gave him a shove. I suggest you keep your mouth shut unless you're asking for trouble.

 

Zee snarled and shoved him back, "Yeah and what are ya gonna do about it!? Stupid Templar!" Zee's hidden blade flicked out and Zane pushed the two apart, "That's enough Zee. We don't have time for this." he gave the templar a cold look, "Do you know where Havoc is?"

 

The Templar shot a glare at Zee then he looked back at Zane. That's none of your buisness.

 

Zane grabbed the templar by his throat and held his hidden blade to him, "I think it is my buisness. Tell me where he is and I'll let you keep your life."

Zee jumped up and down like a child, "Oooh, cut off one of his fingers first, Reaper!"

 

The Templar looked around and pointed to the gate behind him. He's somewhere in that district.

 

Zane pulled him along, "Somewhere in that district isn't good enough."

Zee followed behind, smiling like a green schoolboy until Zane whirled around and held his other hidden blade to Zee's throat, "You keep smiling like that and you'll be the one loosing fingers."

 

He raised his hands. That's all I know! I swear! I have nothin else here to tell!

 

Zane coldly considered him and dropped him to the ground, "I don't wanna see your face again." He continued on with Zee toward the gate.

 

The Templar scurried away. He headed towards the poor district.

 

Zane and Zee reached the gate, growling under his breath.

 

When the gates opened, some Templars behind it stood up and walked over to them. Hey! You're in a restricted area!

 

Zane ignored them and continued walking, pushing past them.

Zee stuck his tongue out like a child again and followed closely beside Zane.
