The Templars then pulled put their swords. Hey! Were warning you! Stop now!

 

Zane stopped, touching one guards sword with his finger, "You think a few blades and some words are going to keep me from Mya?" He laughed once, "You're wrong!" Zane pulled out his broad sword and kicked one guard into the others, slashing at any who were close enough.

Zee pulled out his sword and slashed at a few, his smile still in place. His friend hadn't really ever left him like he'd said, he was just toning down the horrible for Mya.

 

The Templars fought back and one guard started to run deeper into the district, yelling I'll bring more reinforcements!

 

Zane caught Zee's eye and Zee ran after the one guard, his hidden blade flicked out and he sprung onto his back, forcing him into the ground and stabbed him in the back of the head.

Zane fought viciously, slicing though guard after guard, parrying their attacks and occasionally kicking them back into each other.

 

The rest of the guards started to run away from Zane and Zee.

 

Zane panted, covered in their blood. He dropped to his knees, exhausted.

Zee touched his shoulder, "C'mon, Mya's not far now." Zane nodded and stood. His mind focused on Mya, Mya...I'm almost there. Hang in there. They stood and continued down the road.

 

Havoc eventually found the soldier that ran away from Zane and Zee. What's wrong?

The soldier panted. Assassins...They're in the city. Havoc shoved him aside and headed towards Zane 's direction.

 

Zee worried about Zane's lack of communication, "Hey, are you alright?? You know Mya will be fine. We'll find her."

Zane slapped him hard, "Shut up. You have no right saying her name. You got us into this mess. If you hadn't been acting like a jealous girl, Mya would be safe at home with me right now." He closed his eyes and continued walking, "I should've been a better guardian to her. Protecting her...that's all that matters."

Zee frowned and followed him, cradling his red, burning cheek in his hand, "You didn't have to slap me..." he mumbled.

 

Havoc walked to a platoon of soldiers. Guard this sector. If anyone tried to enter, kill them. He headed over to the long row of warehouses.

 

Zane stared at the road ahead of them and noticed guards, more alert than the others. He stopped within distance of them hearing his voice, "I suppose you all are going to try to stop me from entering this place too?"

Zee nervously stepped up beside him.

 

The captain snapped his fingers and archers appeared on the rooftops.

Havoc went into the warehouse Mya was in. She was unconcious as Havoc untied her and carried her out.

 

Zane sighed and eyed the archers, "I suppose that's meant to scare me?" His lack of emotion made Zee nervous until they heard familiar laughter.

Zane's Uncle stepped from behind the guards and clapped the captain on the shoulder, "Oh, that won't be necessary, sir. Zee and Reaper are only children." he was dressed as a Templar.

Zane growled, "Uncle!"

He smiled, his gray hair cut short and his pale blue eyes sparkled, "Please, boy call me Haru. It's insulting to be family to an assassin, I know, but what can you do?"

 

The captain jumped and pulled out his sword. What is this madness?! Kill them! Don't leave any of them alive! The soldiers drew Teiresias swords and charged at Zane and Zee.

 

Haru sighed and tripped a few of the guards before slicing through the others that had charged at Zane and Zee, "Captain...I trust you remember who I am?"

Zane and Zee stood stock still, shocked to see Uncle Haru in Venice wearing templar clothes.

 

The captain backed off a bit. You. You're that assassin. He pointed his sword at him. I'm gonna settle this oce and for all.

BIC: Haru sighed and slapped the captain, "You idiot, I'm no assassin. I've been working closely with Conspirator Garth McHugh for a long time. In fact since before he destroyed my brother's home and killed his family. I've been playing assassin for the longest time to see just how well Reaper here gets along."

Zane clenched his fist around his sword, "You...you tricked my father! You betrayed my family! Why!?"

Haru shrugged, "I never liked being an assasssin. Too much, sneaking around. So I became a good and secret advisor to Garth. He treated me good and now I work for the others I suppose. Though not many know who I am."

 

The Captain huffed. Assassin or not, you don't look like you belong on our side. It doesn't matter . Havoc is aleady executing his plans.

 

Zane ignored her Uncle's betrayal and focused on the templar captain, "Plans? What plans!?" he demanded. Zee squeaked beside him, afraid of Zane's pissed off tone.

 

The Captain smiled. Nothing you should know of. My orders were to stall.

 

Zane's fury boiled up again, "You damn b@stard! I outta kill you!" Zane twirled his sword but Zee caught his shoulder, "C'mon, we don't have time! We gotta find her!" Zane pushed through the guards and grabbed the captain, pricking his throat with his hidden blade, "Where is she! Where has Havoc taken her!"
