Mya sighed and placed her head on his chest. Zee's a good man. Not as good as you though. She smiled and cuddled closer to him.

 

Zane felt a tremble run through him and kissed her, pulling her tight against him. He sighed and buried his face in her neck.

 

Mya let out a gasp from his sudden movements and placed her hands on his head.

 

Zane lightly nibbled on her neck and kissed her with as much longing as he'd felt from the first time he'd seen her in the villa.

He had been young but he remembered that day. Zee and he were training, fighting hard in the cold weather when he'd first noticed Mya all bundled up against the cold. That was the only time Zee scored a hit on him in his lifetime. He'd brushed off the small cut and watched her for the remainder of the day, wishing he had some courage to speak to her.

Zane pushed his memories away and deepened his kiss.

 

Mya deepened the kiss as well, leaning back a bit.

 

Zane eased her back onto the bed. He sat back after a while and ran his fingertips along her body, "You're so beautiful Mya."

 

Mya smiled and ran her finger down his face. You aren't so bad yourself. She purred with delight every time he ran his finger along her.

 

He laughed and leaned down to kiss her, "Not so bad, huh? Well I suppose I should take that as a compliment." He ghosted his lips over hers.

 

Mya purred with pleasure and wrapped her legs around him.

 

He smiled, kissed her hard and pulled her to him.

Zane woke to the feeling of someone watching him. He opened one eye and noticed Zee leaning on the window sill. "You're such a pervert, Zee." He pulled the covers up to Mya's chin and tucked her closer to his body. Zee shrugged, "I'm a curious guy. I just came to let you know the ship leaves at noon. We can't stay here. And..." he trailed off and Zane lazily lifted his head, "And?" "And I want to know why Haru is with the Templars."

 

Mya purred in her sleep and shuffled around a bit.

 

Zane tucked the covers around Mya, "How should I know. It came as just as a surprise to me as it may be to you. Uncle Haru has his issues but I never thought they were that bad." Zee nodded, "Yeah...I guess I'll leave you two alone then. Just, please, get yourself out of bed. We still have breakfast to eat and you know how long you take." Zane nodded and watched him shut the door behind him.

 

Mya subconsiously grabbed Zanes arm and hugged it.

 

Zane let her hug his arm, brushing the slightly longer hair from his eyes. He needed a hair cut. He wrapped his other arm around her shoulders and kissed her forehead.

 

Mya purred in delight and gnawed his arm.

 

Zane pushed her head back from his arm and kissed her, "Hey now, no bitin'."

 

Mya groaned and opened her eyes. Sorry. It's a sleeping habit. She pulled Zane on top of her.

 

He watched her with amusement, "A sleeping habit of biting people? Well at least you didn't take a huge bite out of me." he laughed and bent his head to kiss her neck.

 

Mya smiled and purred in delight. Well, it's out of love

 

He chuckled low in his throat and stared into her eyes, "Out of love, you say?" He had a bad feeling his love for her would get them killed or worse. To refrain from saying something he didn't want to, he kissed her.
