Dis mofo has spellcheck in built? Now i'm never gonna be able to explain my ****** spelling mistakes.

And does it really run faster then IE? Seems no different.

I switched from IE to Firefox a while back and didn't notice a significant difference in browsing speed, either, even though Firefox is supposed to be faster than IE as well. I'm sure your internet connection also has something to do with it, so that might be why it's not very noticeable in Chrome for you? I'm on a weak wireless signal, so I assumed that was why for me.

Every browser wants to make it sound like they are tons faster but really the difference isn't that big. Especially since you are obviously limited by your connection.

Also, both Firefox and Chrome have spellcheck (though I found Firefox didn't like things like the quick reply box, so I would often have to manually enable it). The kicker for me is that Chrome can detect if a page is in a foreign language and ask to run it through Google Translate. Something you could do yourself off any browser, sure, but it is so much easier to just have that button pop up.

It's only faster if you suddenly get better connection, sometimes I have all three running at the same time, and it's all the same, but I do use chrome a lot more simply for how the spell checker works.

I switched to Chrome about a year ago, and while I didn't notice a difference in browsing speed, I noticed a difference in loading speed. Chrome came up immediately, while IE took about 10 seconds. Might be my computer, I don't really know.

I also figured out the other day 'Chrome' means 'colors' in Latin, so it's basically the 'Google Colors' browser. XD

I could never convert from Firefox to Chrome. Tried it at my friend's house. Felt too...naked. Didn't notice any difference in speed either.

There's less of everything on Chrome... but It is a necessary move with the times.

    RIP IE.

Most browsers other than IE have spellcheck these days, and they had tabs for years before IE did, too.

You have been behind the times for a while, my friend.

You would start to notice if you had over twenty tabs open all of the time. It uses a lot less RAM per page than Firefox does, so new pages load much faster with 20+ other tabs open in Chrome than in Firefox.
