The best thing to do is try and overcome the fear, it will probably be hard but really it's something your going to have to do sometime or another.

 

I think you should only way to get over your phobia is to make it so there isn't a situation where it isn't dominating your life. Just like if your allergic to dough the more you eat the less reaction you'll have. That or you'll die.
