Ok I need methods

Your a sad strange little man. Allow me another awkward ridiculous person to help. Ignore them. They stand near you do nothing say nothing. Just act as if your alone i your own insane little world. Yell out random things at random intervals and make sure everyone has no idea what it meant. That's step one step two is never brush or in anyway style your hair leave it as it is when it's just been washed and dried. Wear stupid Star Wars shirts and color your hand with permanent marker. If none of these things make you repulsive like me I can't help. I have friends but I think all girls hate me or ignore me.

 

I kind of feel awkward around girls, but when you're around them, just be yourself. I usually make a lot of female friends (Girl friends might give the wrong message) just by talking to them whenever they talk to me and being normal.

Yeah, so just act normal.

Don't be like a person in those movies who tries to change their whole self. It really doesn't work. I've seen it.

That would help the most. If you truly expressed your feelings about it then they wouldn't do it. Try that before anything else.

 

I am being myself which is where the problem is because it causes too many girls to wanna hang out with me more despite everything.

Well I tried once, I told one of them about the whole situation and she just saw it cute so just randomly went closer to me on purpose now. But perhaps the others will liste.

 

Do you have any female friends that hang-out with you just as friends.... not to annoy you and your phobia?

Ok, Seriously what you have to do is not panic, hugging helps but do't overdo it.Do not insult them. Remember they are your friends unless you insult them. Get to know them. Find out what they like. If they like some stuff you do, talk about it elaborate on it and discuss different things. Act natural.
