Never got a word back from Guardian Soul... Do you have any ideas for their side of the story?

 

Hmm, not really but a number of things could happen since he's flying. An air current could carry him to Shiira and those guys out there or something else.

 

They are underground at the moment... Maybe he could find a Sin member or something... Or the settlement and will be asked to go find them?

 

Okay, I like the finding the settlement and going to find them idea.

 

Okay that works out perfectly. Um, if you could just post him flying towards there after getting distracted or thrown by an air current, whatever you want.

But seriously, he has the potential to learn magic but because he doesn't know of its existence, he has never been able to unlock it. With some teaching, he can learn magic. I'll be deciding on what he'll learn later.

Biography: Living in the Upper Level of the City for most of his life, Arthur has grown up never knowing what lies behind the huge walls that border the City. When he was a child, Arthur was always curious about what was beyond the City borders. The adults always told him that everything outside the City is uninhabitable wasteland which is why the City is up so high in the sky yet he never truly believed them, feeling that something just wasn't right. But with time, his childish curiosity faded and he eventually stopped questioning everything and went on with his life. At the moment, he is working as an intern for Hover Inc., doing research on the hover technology that the company uses for a theory that's he writing for a university study. But ever since his internship started, he has started to notice a few weird things about the company like most of the staff not knowing who the CEO is or the fact that even though Hover Inc. has 300 floors, the elevators only go up to 100 and there seems to be no visible way to get to the floors beyond 100.
