Opening Theme Songs

So now that this is back I'll just be playing serious XD

Videos limited to five a post. Here's another one, Kare Kano. I've never watched it. But the opening has a surreal vibe to it, which I very much like.

 

Always loved Opening theme songs since adds more reason for me to like the show despite the fact that it may spoil the rest of the episode or the season for that matter.. My favorite is Happy Days from KHR.

 

I love anime opening theme songs (well some of them). Some are extremely pleasant to hear and add to the mood of the anime. My top 3 favorites are

Date a Live

Sukitte Ii Na Yo (Bleh can't find any good openings >:c)

Angel Beats (Can't find one either, but y'all should know it :P)

I'm more of a sucker for those slow, melodic openings (except for Date a Live).

I can't speak for anime because I don't watch much of any, and I'm very particular about opening themes--because they're played at the start of each episode, they can get stale. I am, however, ridiculously attached to the Downton Abbey opening.

Short and to the point so it doesn't drag, and I love that it doesn't show any of the characters directly--only the hands of the servant and Robert walking with Isis. It's the only thing that makes me pleased to see a dog's ass.

 

my favorite is the adventure time theme song. i like the credits song too, that one is nice and calming.
