Ok check this out if you really want this to work then you have to add that little zing to it. Like make it more like wow this is a group that I have been waiting for. Now I may be able to get things started back in my old one. And if this works I can thank those that were apart of this. You know things like that.

 

Well then maybe we should start with simple ideas that will give them the help they need.
Like if a group is down you can start an adventure or a problem for every one to solve.

 

Hmmm that's a good start, but try to expand more on that. I mean I feel ya all the way, but just clean it up a bit.

 

well we should find groups that are in desperate need of revival, then we should contact some of the members in those groups and see if we could get them involved with what non said.
but before all of that we need to get more members in this group so i want everybody in this group to spread the word to their friends

 

Ok see that's more like it, but lets realize that... That other people may be busy and have their own lives. So we gotta try and find a way to get the more active ones to see if they can get the less active ones back in the game again.
