Axel shrugged and waved it off then, thinking it was perhaps his mind. Staring at the little girl he was holding with a smile, he answered to her, again whispering, though he tried to make it more clear for her, "I'm like this because I lost my voice...and I will continue to for awhile, that's why...."

 

"Oh!" she said. "Can I help you find it?" she asked.

He chuckled, before holding her with one hand easily, and getting the cough drops and the medicine the doctor gave him that he placed in the table close to them, and waggled it at her, before putting it back. He had to whisper again, but he was surprised when a bit of his voice was heard. "Don't worry...I already found it, and I'll be better soon..."

 

"Oh..." she said and hugged him. "As long as you're okay, Axel-sama!" she smiled.

Namine looked over at Angel. How in the world did he get hurt so badly...? she thought.

She still had her eyes closed.

 

Axel hugged her back, which wasn't such a problem as he was carrying her. He had to admit, the girl had dived into his skin....and she was....cute. Axel wondered what her thoughts would be when he gave her the doll, and he wished his voice was back full blast after tonight, so he could talk, low, but to at least speak. "Aw, thank you for caring, Pumpkin."

"You know you are a Pumpkin, see, your laughing," Axel whispered, before beginning to tiggling her slightly with his free hand. Who would've thought? "I have something for you later, too.

She covered her mouth. "I'm not laughing!" she said, trying to supress her laughter. But Axel started tickling her and she couldn't help but laugh.

Xemnas watched Axel and sighed "what a bore" Xemnas said and started to walk away

He tickled her a little bit more, before he thought it was enough, or else she'll drown laughter. Grinning, he asked, "Okay, now, I'm interviewer Axel, Pumpkin. So, what is your most favorite thing in the whole worlds?"

Shigiku giggled. "Hmm... my favorite thing..." she said and thought for a moment. She then held up her wrist, which had a bracelet on in, made from pink ribbon and a charm. "My bracelet..." she said and smiled. "My mommy made it for me... I think..."

Namine looked at Shigiku and smiled. She seems to remember more every minute... she thoguht. That's good... it means that she's making progress...

"Well, that's a very pretty bracelet..." Axel complimented with a smile, holding back a cough from the force he kept putting, touching with his fingers the jewelry. It didn't escape him that she was remembering things more fully, so Naminé really must have worked on her memory.

Giving her a little hug, he walked over to he vacant sit close to the table where he had his medicine, and sat on it, placing Shigiku on his lap gently. With one around around her waist, holding her steady, the other went to get the cherry flavored cough drops. "Guess my present can't compete with something of mommy's..."

Taking the cough drop into his mouth, and glad to see that it was full blast cherry flavored, he looked down at Shigiku, only to her see her sad. Placing back the box of drops as he kept tasting it. Axel placed a hand comforting hand on her head, and glanced by her shoulder. "Aw, Shi, don't get like that...we'll find your mom, remember? I'm looking for them. You'll see her again... and your dad, maybe not soon, but you will, I promise." With that, he then tickled her once more, chuckling, and eyed her face as he hugged her. "Now, where's that happy Pumpkin face?"

OOC: It makes you wonder if Axel would ever make a good daddy xP...I mean, the true game one.
