"It's fine, is going to go away," Axel comforted, rubbing her head gently as if that was making the pain go away. It seems the plans of taking her out to eat was out of the question, maybe he could bring her the corn dog here, as long as she doesn't go to sleep. But what happened? That was the most oddest outcome yet to come out of the girl. Tenderly, he asked, "Hey, did you dream anything weird, Pumpkin?

 

Shigiku looked at Axel and smiled as he rubbed her head. "Uh..." she tried to remember the dream. "Yeah... it was a weird dream..." she said. "I was... falling somewhere... or something like that..." she said.

Namine looked at Shigiku quizically. Falling? she thought.

 

Axel breathed, thinking of a way to approach, he never had to play the role of guardian. Looking at Shigiku with a small smile, he asked, "Do you remember anything else? Like, where was it that you were falling...? Were you alone? Tell it to me like some type of story, hmm..."

 

squal did something at the bar.

 

Shigiku looked down, a bit sadly. "Yeah... I was alone... and it was dark... I don't know where I was... I couldn't see... all I know is that I was falling..." she said. "It was scary..."

Namine walked over and put a hand on Shigiku's shoulder. "It's alright... it was only a dream..." she said comfortingly, not knowing if that was true or not.

 

Axel sighed, knowing this was as close as they were going to get. Yet, he contemplated on why Shigiku is having memory loss problems in the first place. Could it be that she fell and hit her head, hence, the "dream" of falling? As his brain scrambled to figure this mysterious girl out, his stomach grumbled, and he was snapped out of his pensiveness now that he remembered that he was hungry, and Angel had been waiting for who knows how long. Giving a sheepish smirk to the girls here, he tiredly got up, a bit exhausted, and stared at Naminé. "I think I should get going to buy the food now that she's feeling better, maybe you can decipher this yourself. She can't come, since I think is better for her to stay here in case it happens again." Then his expression went to questionable. "Are you positive you don't want anything?"

 

"Yeah... I'm positive..." Namine said. She hadn't been too hungry lately... the sea sickness had been getting to her a bit and she was mainly focused on what was happening to Shigiku. "You go ahead... I need to do something with Shigiku, anyways... I think it might help her memory problems..." she said.

"Aww... okay..." Shigiku said and hugged Axel.

 

Axel hugged her back tightly, adding a little whimper and a sniff for extra sadness. Hopefully, Naminé can figure some things out while he was gone. Breaking away, he looked at her gloomily, his eyes downcast. Aw. He wanted to take her. Nevertheless, he inquired, "Are you hungry, Shi? Do you still want your corn dog and fruit punch, and I'll come back and give it to you?"

 

Shigiku looked up at him. "Okay..." she said and smiled. "But don't be sad, Axel-sama! I'll be here when you get back!"

OOC: Lol xD. He's overreacting on purpose a little, but wanting to take her with him was true. And night!

"I know you will," Axel replied, chuckling a little as he slightly sucker punched her with his knuckles good-naturedly, or rather, it was so soft it was more lke a light tap. Straightening up again, he gave Naminé a nod, and went to head for the door, opening it as he stared back at the females. "I'll be back soon."

He gave a last smile at Shigiku, before leaving, and closing the door behind him.

She heard someone go into the room for a short while then went back out again.

.....hmmm......something doesn't seem right.......must be Axel......*sigh*....wish I could walk.......but I can't without feeling acute pain.......well....hope he's okay......if he couldn't get a burger that would've been fine......I just don't want to be alone......even though Xigbar's here.....

 

Shigiku smiled and waved to Axel before turning to Namine.

Namine looked at Shigiku. "Alright... I need you to come sit in this chair for a bit, sweetheart... okay?"

"Okay!" Shigiku said happily and walked over to sit in the chair. "What are we gonna do until Axel-sama comes back?" she asked curiously.

"I'm just going to do something that will help you feel better..." she said and walked over to Shigiku and placed her hand on her head.

"But I feel...fine..." Shigiku said but then suddenly fell asleep.

Namine sighed and picked Shigiku up. This may not work... or it may have some side effects... but I need to try anyways... she can't stay like this... Namine thought and got to work.

 

28 cans of Dr.Pepper.....tae one down....pass it around....27....cans....pf...Dr.Pepper...on...the..wall.......*falls asleep*

Axel after walking for...he didn't know how many times by now, reached the restaurants once more, not wasting any time heading to BK first and foremost. He'll get the corn dog after, and from there, since Naminé's room was just passed the infirmary, he'll bring Angel her food, then go to Shigiku, and eat there. Yes, nice plan, right. At this time, there weren't that many people, some prefer eating the buffet, so Axel had to wait in line after two people, and then it was his turn.

Let's see...one small bacon cheeseburger, little bits of fries, I have to get her a soda, Dr. Pepper...then again, she's fighting of the suppose addiction, so I'll get her a Mountain Dew instead, Angel likes that one. As for me...A DOUBLE WHOPPER! In a meal, of course...

Namine gently layed Shigiku on the bed and started to try restoring her memory. If this doesn't work... it could be fatal... she thought a bit worridley and made sure she was being careful.

She was having a dream......so far it wasn't going well.....

Axel was glad that he came next, and gave his orders, his large soda being Sprite, of course. Tapping his fingers as he waited, he thought over of how Shigiku was doing, and what was Naminé doing as well. Then, how he hasn't gotten that much sleep except for that one hour where Angel had her accident. He hadn't even thought about Tiffany either, not that he cared. Nothing serious can happen, he was a Nobody, after all. Just a fling.

When his BK bag was placed in front of him, he gave the paper with his order, and took it in his arms, going to fill out the sodas. He was going to have to think of where to put the corn dog with this package.

 

..........who was that?......I....I couldn't see him.......is this how I'm going to feel from now on whenever I wake up from sleep?......whether it was a dream or a nightmare?......
