Xehanort sight then held his head "man this hurts. How did we get here anyways" Xemnas siad

OOC- sorry I'm so late... I just got back from a volleyball game...

Shigiku peered around the bathroom corner as Axel walked into the room. She saw that there was nobody there now, but she still stayed in the bathroom. But she grinned and gilled a little, skipping over to Axel and sitting on his lap, eager to find out what he had been keeping from her. She was really anxious to find out just how much he hadn't told her... and exactly what she had been wondering about almost all day. This was basically the main thing that's been on her mind, so she, of course, was anxious to hear what he was going to say. She sat on his lap and remained quiet, waiting for him to speak.

 

Xehanort continued to hold his head and then fell to his knees and closed his eyes. He started to remember him betraying Ansem and hhim turning into a heartless. As soon as got to the point where he was going to awaken as a heartless the memory recovery stoped

 

..........aren't you going to help him?.....

She said to Phisoxa.

 

Axel chuckled at her eagerness, and wrapped his arms around her loosely, wondering where to begin with this explanation, since this was quite the topic. Thinking for a moment, he took in a breath, before explaining anxiously, "Now, what I told you before is true, everything, except the fact about us being immune to sickness and Heartless because of a syndrome that we placed in ourselves...that was a tiny white lie..." He eyed her apologetically at this, honestly not meaning to, but it didn't stop him from continuing on, wanting to get it over with, "You see...a Heartless....is made when a person loses their heart...that heart becomes the Heartless, while the leftovers, the body and the soul, turns into another creature...called a Nobody. Depending on how strong is your heart and your will, you can be become a Dusk, lower ranked Nobodies, like the ones you saw me control?...Or the top ones...the ones who keep human form, whose hearts were strong enough, which are rare. The Heartless work the same way, but this time, depending on the darkness in your heart, the size and rank you get will be different."

He took a breath there, a forlorn expression ecthed on his face as he told her this information, and he swallowed, croaking, "The bad thing about a Nobody...is that they don't have hearts, they don't feel, they can't have emotions....and I'm one of them, that kept human form, the highest rank. All of the Organization are Nobodies, and we formed the group, to get back hearts....that we so desperately want and desire, because we're incomplete..."

 

Shigiku listened as he said this and looked up at him, her eyes wide. He's... a nobody? He... doesn't have a heart...? she thought and stared at him, unsure of what she should say. She didn't even know what she should think or feel anymore. It seemed like everything he had said to her... EVERYTHING... was all a lie... she felt like he hadn't told her anything that was true... a little white lie? More like a big lie... and why was he keeping this a secret from her for so long? Why didn't he want her to know?

Thoughts swirled around in her head and it made her feel a bit dizzy, although she didn't really notice. This was alot for her to take in... he didn't have a heart... what's worse is that he LIED to her... at her young age, lying was like a crime... and it sort of pained her inside to see that Axel had lied... but she also though about the other things he had said... about him being a nobody... the group trying to gain hearts for themselves... just where did they plan on getting the hearts? And if this was true... then who was the real Axel? His original form? And she also wondered what had happened to his heartless...

Thinking a bit, she remembered that one girl who had given Axel the jewlry box from Angel. Now that she thought more in depth about it... that girl HAD looked a bit like Angel... and that guy who was on the floor... who called himself Xehanort... he looked a bit like Xemnas and Ansem... Were they all somehow connected in a way?

Shigiku didn't know what to say to Axel, so she just looked down at her hands. He had kept this all a secret and she wasn't really too happy about that... but then a thought came to her. What would've happened if Axel had turned into a dusk instead...?

Axel waited, taking each and every expression Shigiku made into his mind, and he could tell she was upset, perhaps at him from not telling her this. Of course, he always learned you can see alot of a person by looking into their eyes, and he could also see that she was confused, or rather, questioning. Did she believe him? Sighing sadly, and a bit ashamed, he hugged her tiny body tightly to him, placing his face into her hair as he leaned down, his voice low and constricted. "I'm sorry, Pumpkin. I couldn't tell you because, I thought you will be a bit too young to hear this...and it wasn't the right time either. I...didn't want you to be thrown off that I don't have a heart, because even if I don't, you mean a lot to me, and I care about you....hell, I feel like you're even my kid...and if I did have a heart, I would've said I love you as a father would, but then I know that is there...somewhere inside me....I mean, I hated kids..."

He breathed in deeply, taking a break there as he tried to think of what else to say after his admittance. "I promise I won't lie to you, anymore, okay? I swear. And you can ask any question....and I'll answer truthfully..."

 

OOC: I just choked twice and laughed.

 

Shigiku looked up at him as he spoke and hugged her close. She wasn't sure what she should say to him, so she just hugged him back, silently. He hated kids...? she thought, seeing as that didn't seem true to her at all. The way he had acted around her... it seemed like he had spent his whole life around kids... he was nicer than any adult she had ever met. She felt warm tears start to fill her eyes at what he said, and a small smile grew on her face. She wasn't sure why this made her cry... but she felt happy inside...

Looking down so that Axel hopefully couldn't see her crying, she asked, "You... promise?" She didn't have a question to ask him at the moment... but she didn't want him to lie to her anymore... why would he think she was too young? He was probably right, though... If he hadn't told her the way he did, she probably would've taken that news much, much worse... so she was thankful that he did.

"Of course I promise, though sometimes the truth isn't the best thing to hear, I should warn you," Axel replied honestly, pulling away from her slightly, giving her a weak smile, but she didn't see it, as she was looking down. Putting a finger under her chin, and lifting her face up, he found that there were tears in her eyes, surprisingly, and he wiped them away in two quick flicks, only to go and pet her head. "Now, that's nothing to cry for. Anyway, to tell you more, we don't exactly 'die', either, we fade away...though I guess that is death for us. Besides, since now you know the real truth, I guess...I'll give you my real name then. Want to hear it? Then you can ask any questions...anything."

He eyed her expectantly, wanting her not to be as sad as she appeared to be, and make this more "lighthearted".

 

......so.........what are the rest of us supposed to do....now that we don't have a Superior anymore?....

 

Vexen looked around at the carnage. The ice'll hold for a while... not sure how long though... It just has to last a few days, then I'll be able to redo it properley...

Phisoxa bends down next to Xehanort and looks into his eyes .

 

Exel wandered around the ship and while spinning the munny pouch in his fingers.
