Xigbar smiled. "of course."

 

xinomly swallowed a big breath of air as she waited for Xigbar to respond.

 

"you may sit down now." Xigbar said

 

"th-thank you."
xinomly hurried to a seat as far back as she could find.
oh, i hope nobody was staring at me.
she then proceeded to pull out her notebook along with her drawing pad before she returned her attention to the teacher.

 

"today we will focus on the basic style of weaponry." Xigbar said "can anyone tell me a basic ingredient for a sword?" Xigbar asked

 

Eva lay on her back, closing her eyes. She hated memories....

 

xinomly looked around to see if anyone had their hand raised.
basic style for a sword? well...there are all sorts of swords. i think i'm picturing the one he wants but the name is slipping from me for some reason.
she took her pen and wrote: 'basic style of a sword' on the top of her notebook and drew the sword she was thinking of in her drawing pad.

 

"anyone? no?" Xigbar sighed "metal....." he said plainly

 

oh...that's what he meant.
xinomly felt silly. she thought he meant an actual type of sword.
she made sure to write 'metal' below 'basic ingredient for a sword'
maybe...if i pay attention well enough and take good enough notes, i will be able to create all of these different weapons some day...
xinomly sighed

 

"can anyone tell me a type of sword?"

 

Eva sighed, then headed toward the lake. She knew how to calm herself.

 

xinomly argued with herself over whether or not she should raise her hand.
when she saw that no one else had their hand up she decided to do it.
"uh-um...mr. xigbar?"

 

"yes?" Xigbar asked

 

"well...i can name a few different types if that's all right."
xinomly hesitated a minute and then spoke again.
"there is the japanese katana, the egyptian khopesh, the renaissance rapier, umm...a two-handed sword, a flamberge, the longsword...that's the most commonly seen, um...sabers, oh! and there's the roman gladius..."
xinomly stopped when she noticed everyone looking at her.

BIC: Xigbar applauded. "VERY good." he said "nice job." Phenox whispered to her

 

OOC: Gladius makes me think of soemthing.....

BIC: Eva dove into the water, the cold taking her breath away.

 

she glanced over at Phenox and blushed.
"th-thanks"
she then returned to the drawing of the sword she had in front of her.
xinomly did a few minor changes to the handle and then returned her gaze to the teacher.

Phenox smiled. "sure." he said Phenox thought for a moment. she's so smart and beautiful.... he thought
