Kairi had a sorrowful look in her eyes. Since she wasn't present, Kairi could only guess what really happened at Castle Oblivion to Sora and Riku. She didn't hear that much about Sora due to the whole memory bit, but Riku never told her his story. She knew something transpired, but Riku kept silent about it for some reason. Maybe he didn't think it was the right time to tell her. Kairi shook her head slightly. She wished that the boys would stop leaving her in the dark so much.

"Riku?" she pleaded. "Can't you tell me what happened?"

OOC: I would have Naminé answer in more detail, but unfortunately, it's the defense's job to press for more details.

Riku looked over at Kairi a moment. He had really not gone over much at all with Sora or Kairi on his side of things other than to say he was very sorry for what he had done when he turned to Darkness, forsaking reason and trusting in his friend. The past was done with. Yet it always seemed to crop up to bite him in the ass.

"I don't think I can tell you much since it would be considered disruptive to the court hearing and I will have to testify what I know. I didn't think it was that important to bring up before. I told Sora some things from what I heard Namine and DiZ recount but I was kind of stuck in a different part of the Castle."

Riku let out a soft sigh and continued to go ahead and relay the story in vague detail, talking softly. "In basics though, the Org members there...some of them decided to have a coup against the older members and Sora and I were instruments in it. Sora was used by the pink haired guy to try to take over the Org. Namine was forced to remove his memories to make him more malleable to Marluxia's wishes. The other side of the Org used me to try to counter it. It didn't work out as planned and Namine agreed to restore Sora's memories he had prior, but he could not recount what had happened at the Castle. It was a choice between the new memories or the real ones and he chose to remember us instead...or you rather. I'm sure we can tell you more later, or you'll hear it on the stand.

Sora listened in and gave a nod. Yeah, it was really weird and obviously really bad things happened. Namine had said he might be able to reach the areas in the darker side of his Heart. He closed his eyes trying to think about it. He then gave a disgruntled sound out quietly and looked over at Kairi. "I wish I remembered but I have faith that Namine will give the truest count of the situation. I guess after this I will need to thank her again." Sora then smiled lightly and put his hands behind his head in that manner he always seemed to do when wanting to be casual and relaxed.

Kairi nodded thoughtfully. An overwhelming urge to hug Sora and Riku tightly and never let go flitted through her mind. But, she didn't want to cause a scene so she was forced to hold the urge in. Instead, she smiled at Riku and said, "Thank you." As for Sora, she grabbed one of his hands and placed her hand into it, gripping tightly with affection.

Sora looked down at his hand as Kairi took his hand and he gripped hers lightly now. "Thanks, Kairi" he whispered. She was just wonderful and always made him feel better when he was nervous. He took his other hand and set it on the armrest of the chair. He never knew what to do around Kairi at moments like this that meant so much and were endearing. Blushing like a fool was out though. That would be totally uncool!

Riku looked over at Kairi taking Sora's hand and holding it and smirked slightly before returning his gaze to the court case at hand. He was glad that now perhaps they were getting across to each other their crush things. He hoped someday he'd find a girl like Kairi. She was one in a million. However, he had no jealousy either and he was grateful for that. He had come to accept things before he had left Destiny Islands a year ago. He frowned a bit as he recalled how it had all turned in on itself and then shook his head wanting to focus once again on today.

OOC: Sorry about drawing this out, but until we get one of the defense attorneys to show up, I might as well have Kairi be doing something.

    IC:

Kairi couldn't help but giggle lightly at Sora's attempt to be cool. It was one of the things that she found kinda cute about him. Resting her head on his shoulder, she noticed how tense he was. She figured it was either because he was nervous about the trial or the fact that Kairi was subtlety snuggling against him. Either way, she knew that Sora didn't mind.

Then she noticed Riku smirking at them before he turned back to the court. Kairi let out a deep sigh. She wondered if there was any girl out there for him. Maybe she should introduce him to Olette sometime...

Xelax flinched, knowing that he had to also go up against Harvey Birdman... Wow, I'm glad Janexna is here to back me up. What next? Space Ghost? he thought. Nonetheless, the witness had taken the stand, and was due for a cross examination. He knew this was going to be a challenge, but looking over at the defense seats he was reminded why he was there. To prove his clients innocent, and settle this once and for all!
Xelax smirked smugly, already seeing how her testimony did not help Sora's image at all, but it did tarnish Larxene... "Taunted? In what way? And what was Sora's reaction? And, more importantly was this before or after Sora drew out his keyblade on her threatenly?"

"Without a weapon? Pretty brave to challenge one of the most powerful warriors in history unarmed..." he led the case.

Tell me more about this lucky charm... and its purpose.

"What would have happened had it been destroyed?

This is when Sora attacks Larxene correct?" he smirked, knowing Namine just made Sora look that much worse, and Larxene the much more innocent. "How exactly did he knock it out of her hand?" he leaned forward, as he questioned with much enthusiasm... this is the lead he wanted to pry the most.

"You said 'readied'? Why not say drawn?" he held out his arms. "And what did it look like when she 'readied' this weapon?"

Xelax paused momementarily to let the little girl ponder the questions. Then he opted to take control of the witness, and the testimony with a question, "By the way miss Namine, I believe you're hiding something very important." He smirked confidently, "Do you feel comfortable talking about it?"

OOC: ICSP, next time you might want to use this first:

And you might want to save and upload those sprites to your own picture server. Court Records clearly states:

'Kay? :) And also remember since I'm a witness, I'm not technically for or against you. I'll state what I see. And remember, for something to be part of the testimony, you're going to have to ask permission to add it.

    BIC:

"Taunted? In what way? And what was Sora's reaction? And, more importantly was this before or after Sora drew out his keyblade on her threatenly?"

Naminé didn't like how the defense attorney was trying to manipulate her words, but she had to state the facts. She was under oath after all.

"When Sora met Larxene, she said "I bet it's nice to peel all the worthless memories away...and awaken the true memories that lie deep in your heart." When Sora heard this, he had a look of surprise on his face. Larxene then replied, "But you're still forgetting something, aren't you, Sora? The most important thing." After that she seemed to have an expression of barely concealed glee when she continued with "When that poor girl hears you've forgotten her name, she'll be heartbroken." He lowered his weapon..."

Naminé stopped. Seeing the look of smugness on Xelax, she knew that she had just let a critical key point slip. But she couldn't falter now, so she continued with her account. "Sora asked Larxene if she knew me and inquired if I was there. She giggled and wagged her finger mockingly saying that "The bad guys are holding her deep within the castle. And you, the hero, have to go save her." Then she grinned at Sora and said "Sadly, there's a catch..." And..."

"Without a weapon? Pretty brave to challenge one of the most powerful warriors in history unarmed..."

Naminé glared at Larxene. "Considering she had the element of surprise and was going against a kid who had no other fighting skills but wielding a giant key..." She sighed. "...it was pretty easy to catch him off guard." She glanced at Sora. "No offense."

OOC: Not bad with the questioning so far, ICSP. You know perfectly well I can't add HOW she attacked.

    BIC:

"Tell me more about this lucky charm... and its purpose."

Kairi was on the edge of her seat when this was brought up. She was finally going to get the answer she had been waiting for. What exactly happened to her lucky charm?

Naminé saw Kairi looking at her intently. She took a deep breath and remembered everything that Sora had done during that fateful encounter.

"Sora had finally reunited with Kairi and was about to go after Riku who was possessed by Xehanort's Heartless. Kairi couldn't go..."

"I would've gone if Sora hadn't said I'd be in his way," Kairi muttered with a sideways glance at Sora.

"...so she gave him a thalassa shell lucky charm and had him promise that he'd return it to her when he got back. I mean, originally he was supposed to use a paopu fruit..."

After seeing the stern glare from the judge, she reverted back to the question. "Anyway, the charm represented the promise that he made to come back to her in one piece. But when I changed it, it ended up representing a different promise altogether...the false promise to come and protect me." She felt her face becoming slightly warm as she felt ashamed of her actions and what she had been forced to do. After a few seconds and taking a deep cleansing breath she continued her testimony.

"What would have happened had it been destroyed?

Naminé thought that was a strange question as it was obvious. "If the charm was destroyed, his motivation and will to go on would've been shattered! He would no longer have a direction in life and he would've taken out his frustrations on the person who destroyed it!" She didn't like how this defense attorney was trying to force the issue and it was showing in her expressions.

Kairi silently told Naminé to calm down via their connection.

Naminé heard Kairi and regained her composure. "Anyway, with the charm in Larxene's possession..."

"This is when Sora attacks Larxene correct?" he smirked, knowing Naminé just made Sora look that much worse, and Larxene the much more innocent. "How exactly did he knock it out of her hand?" he leaned forward, as he questioned with much enthusiasm... this is the lead he wanted to pry the most.

"He..." Naminé had caught onto Xelax's plan. He was deliberately skipping over certain events to make it look like Larxene was the victim. Unfortunately, she couldn't see a way out of this without lying or going off topic. "He...used the Keyblade..." She knew the defense attorney was thrilled out of his mind right now, so she added, "...because he was too short to reach for it any other way. He wouldn't have been able to get it back using conventional means."

OOC: Grr...I can't believe you're being so sly about this. Skipping over certain events that would've made your client look guilty. But since I MUST answer the question at hand...

    BIC:

"You said 'readied'? Why not say drawn?" he held out his arms. "And what did it look like when she 'readied' this weapon?"

Naminé blinked. "Like I said before, Sora already had his Keyblade out, so he had to get ready." She had already revealed the fact earlier, so there was no point in denying that fact. "Lightning bolts surrounded Larxene and the kunai formed in her hands. And that's when they started to fight." She didn't know what else to say.

Naminé was slightly annoyed at the tactics the defense attorney was using. He had completely skipped over the issue of how Larxene kicked Sora that sent the lucky charm flying in the first place. But as he had no intention of revealing that fact, Naminé could only chew on her lower lip in frustration.

Kairi had no idea why Naminé was looking disgruntled. As far as she heard, it almost sounded like Sora started the fight in the first place. She didn't want to believe it, but...

That's when an idea struck her. Was there something else that happened, but she couldn't reveal it to the court? She looked at Harvey Birdman and the Pikachu. If they didn't object, then the events that transpired would seem to make Larxene less guilty.

Xelax paused momementarily to let the little girl ponder the questions. Then he opted to take control of the witness, and the testimony with a question, "By the way miss Naminé, I believe you're hiding something very important." He smirked confidently, "Do you feel comfortable talking about it?"

Naminé had no idea what he was talking about. "Could you clarify please?"

  9. OOC: While Naminé may have disapproved or was not happy with some of the actions of the Org., she had never expressed true hatred, if any at all, to any of them, even through KH and the Novels, she really remained neutral on the matter (as she understood them being a Nobody herself, and never called theme evil nor good, just people trying to gain back their existence). Not even hating Saïx. The sentence that was spoken the first time expressed that, and the fact that she cussed didn't make it any better. Naminé swearing?

Janexna, who was stealing glances at Axel every now and then, simply listened to Xelax speak, a bit glad that he was handling the situation well, the best he could. She knew she needed to concentrate on this, and regretfully stopped eyeing the redhead, though she was kind of cheerful that he was eating the Skittles she gave him. Going to stand again as Xelax finished, she gave a nod politely, before proceeding after him. "Also, since we're still in the topic of weaponry, it seems, I'd like to point out, that the exact charge is Possession and use of weapons without a license. Think on this carefully. What is a license, in terms of understanding and definition? Let's keep going. A license, is...' formal permission from a governmental or other constituted authority to do something, as to carry on some business or profession '. Second? ' A certificate, tag, plate...you know the drill, giving proof of such permission'. Next? ' Exceptional freedom allowed in a special situation '. 'Excessive or undue freedom or liberty '. ' The legal right to use a patent owned by another '. The list could go on. However, none of them, especially the appointed charge, fit the description about misuse of weaponry or able to wield it, and if that was what they were after, it didn't succeed. If the prosecution wanted to make this the topic of dispute, they would've made it more clear, but apparently, THEY DID NOT. Considering that everyone in the said universe of the characters are free to use any type of weaponry, and I'm not only talking about the Keybearers, since just the thought is defensive about that, obviously, I wonder, your Honor, why does the Org. have to be any different? Is there some kind of racial slur in this that everyone else around them can use weapons, but they aren't allowed to do so and are being accused of it, while the rest who wander free, aren't? Possession and use of weapons without a license....is undeniably, as I said before, nonexistant considering who are our clients and where they exist. Nobody needs anyone's permission to wield what they want or to use it for. It's the same way that a person with strong heart can wield the Keyblade, but can either choose to ruin or save the universe it resides on."

She then turned her eyes on Naminé. "I'd also like to add, that Naminé spent the days in Castle Oblivion in another room completely, away from where the crystal ball that Axel and Larxene were in charge of was, thus, she couldn't be a witness to anything, except the last battle of Larxene fully. I don't think I need to bring video proof to show that she was in fact, away from the hawk's eye, and spent it drawing to erase and replace Sora's memories. To add, Naminé was somewhat selfish, in it that she wanted Sora for herself, even she admitted it. Understandable, of course, lonely, locked...it could be anyone to wish for their own hero. Yet upon this all, she kind of was doing it for her own sense of mind, not only because Marluxia and Larxene simply told her to. To her defense, she did recognize the error of her ways and redeemed herself. Fact still stands, nevertheless."

With that, she sat down, somewhat awkwardly, clasping her hands together in on top of the table. Looking back, she saw Axel, though had seen Larxene and Marluxia frown in detest at the mention of how fire wielder let Naminé escape, and betrayed them, leading to their deaths. Along with Zexion and Vexen, who didn't need to be killed, as they were never traitors. Though she figured she had somehow wrecked the mood behind her, and she felt really uncomfortable.

Marluxia simply sat still, his lips forming into a thin line at the undirect mention of how the last battle went and why. Yet, he didn't bother to look at the sorry excuse of a man who caused it, and as well, remained relax. Getting outof hand when they were on trial wasn't the best thing at the moment, though he could feel Larxene's energy to a whole other level, his hair prickling and somewhat standing with the sense of static, the female fuming beside him. While he was as well, he adviced tightly for only her to hear, knowing her temper, "Stay calm, remember, violence will not help the situation. What's done is done."

What's done is done? Spare her. Like hell it was. Marluxia was expecting her to remain indifferent to someone who not only took advantage of her trust, but used it to his own game. Not even bothering to find out why they decided to even go ahead with the plan in the first place. The pink haired man did have a point, but her body shook as her fists clenched, trying to somehow appear normal. In the words of Xigbar, "As if". Her insides were burning and raging, and wanted nothing then to strike down Axel dead...again, with lightning. She couldn't believe she had almost forgotten about what he had done, and it took all her strength not to jump at Axel...for a completely different reason than what Janexna had in mind. It wouldn't do good if she acted, considering it was her on trial right now, so she decided to see if she could be a bit relieved by what was happening. However, her sharp, darken eyes settled on the red head a few sits beside her, before forcing herself to see the trial. Wait until this was over. She didn't doubt Marluxia, or even Zexion or Vexen, the harsh way they were killed, could sympathesize at the moment.

Pika_power whirled on the defense, screaming out an objection.

Pika_power was thrown for a minute, but quickly regained his stature. "Does she feel comfortable about talking about what she is hiding, or does she feel comfortable talking about the event? If the latter..."

    http://objection.mrdictionary.net/go.php?n=2528712

In the case of the former, be more specific.

"Thank you your honour" the pikachu said, sitting down.

OOC: I don't think it matters what her personality is like at this point (especially since mostly everybody states that Kairi and Naminé have NO personality whatsoever). The fact of the matter is what her testimony states. Whether she has personality or none at all won't change the fact that she has to answer truthfully to the defense's Cross-Examination no matter what questions she's asked.

Xelax mocked pondering, then his face lit up, faking that he had just figured something out, "So, the weapons just magically appeared from Larxene's own power? Does not sound like a weapon, but more like an extention of Larxene, as we made the case for earlier?"

Xelax noticed Pika_power's first objection... "Hmm, so thats what this is about." He laughed. "I was merely probing the statments miss Namine said so I could get a more clear understanding of the situation, but what you said is all the more telling." He leaned forward, with both hands on the desk "My 'clients reputation'? " he smiled gleefully as though he found a jewel. "Very well, I will ease off of her for now, but her answer would have been quite important, especiacially the second question."

He clapped his hands and rubbed them together, as if entertained by what had just happened. "It matter's not though. We already proved that Larxene was holding was in fact not a weapon, but an extention of her power or body, much the same way your own iron tail is Mr. Power. A weapon is a tool, not an extention of your body." he smirked again. "Besides, as Janexna pointed out, everyone in the universe has a weapon of some kind... I wonder how much liscensing fee's the court could make in the Hallow Bastion Comitee... after all those actually are weapons."

OOC: Ok... I'm kinda being a jerk right now... but this dead horse is beaten. *Waits for Erkz to drop the charges.*

By the way... I got the "Hold It!"s from Ace-attorney.net... which bears no "DO NOT HOTLINK" disclaimer on it.

Also, its the prosecustion's job to draw the anti Larxene side of the story out. In the words of Winston Payne "If appears our rookie has not learned the power of ignorance."

OOC: Pika_Power, dude. As much as I disprove of ICSP's methods, he's got a point. You asked me to testify about something that didn't help prove the case at all. I hate to admit it, but unless Repliku can see something that I'm not, I don't see how you would get the weapon license charges to stick on any of the members. The other charges, though, are more or less valid.

[IMG] "Objection!" This is said after the first few statements where Namine pauses to answer questions obviously not being complete. "The lawyer is attempting to side track and not tell the conditions of the situation which forced Sora to draw his weapon in the first place and is leading the witness."

[IMG] "Objection!" Harvey Birdman would once again say at the last question. "Namine is again, not on trial and the Defense is leading the witness once again and not being clear as to confuse the witness. He should have stated clearly his intentions and should not be badgering the witness. He is fishing for half truths and not allowing the scenario to be heard clear and concise for what it was."

[IMG] This is said after Namine's statement. Birdman straightens his tie. "Your honor, Namine may not have had the option of the Orb to view but it is apparent she had ties with the Castle Oblivion to manipulate the memories of Sora and could view what Sora was up to as she was linked with him. This argument of not being there to witness should be removed. Considering the witness had shared Sora's memories and knows the situation from his point of vision as well and his feelings on the matter, she can be considered a solid witness, even if she had not prior seen -every- detail."

Harvey then looks at the judge to address the question of removing weapons without a license. "The charge of weapons without a license is invalid. However, I move that there should be charges of aggravated assault added in its steed because use of a weapon with intention to bodily harm or attacking unprovoked is more accurate than the other charge. Anyone can 'carry' a weapon. It is what the person intends to do with it that is the questionable scenario."

After hearing Harvey Birdman's objection, Naminé felt slightly more cheerful. Only moments ago, she was frustrated that the defense attorneys were twisting around what she was saying. "This is exactly why I never watch courtroom dramas," she thought. "Both sides will do everything to twist and manipulate your words into anything beneficial to their clients." True, she didn't have much animosity toward most of the Organization. But the ones who physically abused her caused feelings of anger to well up inside her. Usually Nobodies wouldn't express emotions such as this, but she and Roxas were special Nobodies after all. And they had merged with their original selves to retain their full range of emotions (if they didn't have any to begin with) And now since she had her own individual body for the time being, the rush of emotions and experiences finally allowed her to express what she was feeling.

And right now, Mr. Birdman brought up a valid point. Where one charge was dropped, a more serious charge took its place. Naminé could only imagine how the defense would react if the judge granted both the prosecutor and defense's requests...

"Court sure is mean" Sora responded. That lawyer was starting to upset him possibly worse than the Org had. Even if they were confusing and lied and did whatever misleading crap they did, at least they didn't try to skip over things of other people that led them all astray. The Org knew people's stories and did not deny them, even if they denied things about the Org itself. Sora squeezed Kairi's hand as he heard through the recount of what he had done. It didn't sound much like him to him. Why would he just attack someone for no reason? Sure, she made fun of him apparently, but that was hardly worth fighting over. Would the Keyblade even stay with someone who was like that? He hoped Namine would be okay. By what Riku had said, Namine did feel bad for what she had done and she had been forced to do it. Was the lawyer trying to get her to admit more of her own dealings and toss blame? He was very sly. Sora was kind of nervous about it. He would of course tell the truth, but at the same time, he could get nervous when under fire like that. He hoped Namine wouldn't break to it.

Repliku glowered. That lawyer had a silver tongue. What all this song and dance was about any way, and facade of order...he had no clue. He didn't get why people just couldn't tell what they knew and not have someone beating up on them verbally. He really did not like how Namine was being treated up there but held his tongue in check, biting his lip a bit to have something to do rather than get publically angry. He would not let the Darkness control his actions. He was its master...he hoped.

Riku gave a nod to Sora's response and just kept an eye on Namine. He gave her a look of encouragement as if to say 'hang in there'. She had faced worse than this man who twisted truths around to suit his purpose. Lawyers did these sorts of things to get different angles on the situation and to get statements that would support the clients. He was hopeful that when Namine might be cross-examined by the Offense, that the situation would be made clearer. Watching the lawyers though, an image in his mind of them being circled about by sharks in the ocean seemed prevalent to humor him because of an old joke. Of course the sharks swam away because lawyers are bad meat or so the end of the joke declared. Riku decided if he ever went on trial he'd just represent himself or just say he was guilty rather than endure all this.

He looked over at the Org curiously. Sitting there all together on the same side was each member and he could only imagine that if they did have Hearts, some of them would be gladly murdering others. The Org itself was not so organized and he knew if he were some of them, he would want to bash a couple others in the face. He then felt a bit saddened as he thought...they don't have Hearts...do they even care about what the others did to each of them? Their personalities were vibrant. Riku was often left with the thought that though they had no Hearts, they still must have souls and that had to mean something. He'd ponder it more as the case went on.

Pika_power was getting more and more annoyed each time Iron tail was brought up.

"A weapon is a tool. Tools often need to be crafted. Whether this is done by energy, or by a hammer in a forge is of no importance. Larxane crafted the weapon out of her energy at the time she wished to have it. So from the moment it was in her hand, she was weilding a weapon. This is different from Iron tail, as that is a manipulation of ones body parts, like learning how to punch a brick wall and break it. Larxane is different, as her weapons are seperate from her body."

Defense for his iron tail anounced, Pika_power continues, "However on the advice of my partner, I will drop the charges of weapons, considering the rules of the specific universe they are in. I do wish to add theft to Larxane's charges, as she unlawfully took Sora's possession, and threatened to destroy it, as Namine has already told us.

So currently Larxane's file looks like this:
    12 Larxene - *TwilightNight*
    Charged with:
Possession and use of weapons without a license.
    Manipulation of Namine.
    Child abuse.
    Manipulation of Sora.
    Conspiracy to murder Xemnas.
    Attempted murder of Sora.
    Assault.
    Theft.

I have reordered the charges into related charges."

The pokemon looked down the the mess of ink and pawprints he just made.

"So that means next up is manipulation of Namine, and child abuse."

Then he added as an afterthought, "Can we even charge someone with manipulation of Namine?"

Pleased with himself, Pika_power sat down, and heard something shift under him. It was the skittles he was given by Harvey. Finally realizing what that meant, he emptied the packet out on the desk and started to order the skittles in a very complex system only understood by a pokemon. Yellow is good, everything else is bad.

Unlike everyone else, Seifer and his gang were not staring at the lawyers, but instead doing rude gestures as Saix. Goofy noticed and turned to Donald, asking what a certain finger sign meant. Donald, who was muttering angrily under his breath about Xelax, noticed Goofy waving a middle finger in front of his nose...

OoC: before anyone asks, I claimed the miscellaneous characters from other worlds. It was just so someone could play them if they needed to be played.

Harvey drank a cup of coffee..a good sip and as Pikachu inquired about manipulation of Namine..he splurted it out. He was beginning to wonder whose side Pikachu was on. "Of course we can!" He then cleared his throat and adjusted his composure.

Harvey Birdman flipped through some documents and points. "Ah-hah. I knew there was something also missing from the charges other than aggravated assault!" Harvey stands proudly and clears his throat. "We should also add the charge of Coercion as this implies that Larxene did in fact coerce Sora and Namine to do things they normally would not and act in ways they would not wish to, to include forcing Namine to do acts that are criminal and to have Sora's memories robbed from him to coerce him into aiding them to kill the other members of the Organization. Also to add to it, mental coercion since this is what Larxene and Marluxia forced Namine to do to Sora and possibly Riku, who was also affected by the memory issues because of Sora's connection to him. Coercion is a charge that can be added to most of the Organization members, even if it was against one another."

Harvey began to ponder if there should not be also trials held against certain members of the Org versus the others. This really was an odd case and at points he felt he may even be defending certain members of the Org as this story was sketchy and there were betrayals upon betrayals.

The electric mouse let out a few sparks of excitement. "So, who exactly can have this charge added to theirs?
I would think Xemnas definitely, along with Siax, because they were the masterminds.
Axel is a given due to Sora and Repliku.
Luxord I am unsure about though. Did he do anything like that? I can only think about what happened at port royal.
    Xaldin messed around with Beast.
Xigbar I think might be innocent.
Demyx is the only one I am not going to try to charge with this.
Vexen Tried to control Riku I suppose.
Lexaeus also tried to control Riku.
Larxane knocked out Repliku against his will, then got Namine to wipe his memories.
Murluxia was the driving force behind Namine.
    Zexion tried to manipulate Riku..."

Pika_power trailed to a halt, realizing that half of the charges he just laid down would be ripped apart. Leaving the manipulation charges to Harvey, he decided to move on to the next charge with Larxane. Child abuse.

"I call Namine to the stands again!" The pokemon shouted, apologizing to Namine under his breath.

"Namine, kindly tell us if you have ever been abused by Larxane? Has she even caused you emotional or bodily harm, or otherwise been a neglectful guardian?" Pika_power was certain he could get something off this, despite any word twisting that could be done by the defense. He continued with the questioning, "So, if you have instances of Larxane abusing you, and treating you inhumanely, please state it now."

The pokemon ended his speech by sitting down, while flicking a skittle into his mouth in a show of effortless skill. the act was slightly ruined when Pika_power realized it was a red skittle he just swallowed, ending up choking in an effort to regurgitate it.

Stitch had somehow gained entrance, as someone had the bright idea of making Stitch the bearer of a PDA with Tron's Data in it. He was sitting above Donald, who was turning a rich shade of purple due to the nature of Goofy's question. Stitch was going cross-eyed looking at Axel and Pika_power's bags of skittles. Without noticing, a glob of Saliva fell from Stitch's mouth, onto Donald's head. Donald stopped yelling at Goofy for long enough to say "Hey look, the roof has a leak." Goofy noticed Stitch, but decided not to say anything.

Naminé tried to remember everything that happened to her in Castle Oblivion. "I...I'll try..."

    • They wouldn't allow me to leave the room.
    • After their first encounter, Vexen showed up.
    • They wanted me to rewrite Repliku's memories as well.
    • Afterwards Larxene told me "not to screw up."
    • Vexen was killed and their plan to make Sora their puppet was almost complete.
    • I managed to escape and stop Repliku from killing Sora.
    • Then Larxene showed up to reveal my true identity.
    • After being weakened by Repliku, Larxene took advantage of the situation.
    • Sora had come to protect me, so I had to protect him.
    • That's when Larxene knocked me away.

    *End Testimony*

Naminé wasn't sure if her testimony was at all convincing, but she had to state the facts. She wasn't sure how this was going to play out, but she could only hope that her words would be enough.

Kairi released Sora's hand and sighed. The testimony seemed to have enough detail to summarize what happened, but there was something that bothered her. From what she heard, Larxene as an individual seemed more like a pushover. Of course, when she thought about it, if the testimony against Larxene were at all proven wrong, that could mean that the same exact testimony would prove guilt for another member. Kairi never knew that she could feel so depressed and worried, but she had to stay strong for Naminé's sake.
