He picked Sapphire up and started running her to the nurse.

 

Destiny ran afer them, barking madly.

Sapphire felt someone carrying her and stirred a bit. She was having a bit of difficulty breathing.

A nurse saw Pyre running with Sapphire, "oh dear! put her on the bed! what happened to her?!"

 

"I don't know! Our dogs just showed us!" He puts her on the bed.

 

"oh my...i'll go get a doctor" the nurse said as she ran off.

Destiny anxiously jumped up on the bed and lay at Sapphire's feet. Sapphire began to stir, flinching in pain and her breathing was labored. she opened her eyes and looked around, confused, "wh-wher- where.....a-am i?" her face was pale and had cold sweat.

 

"You're in the nurse's office... I don't know what happened."

 

"what!? oh man, i have to get out of here!" Sapphire said as she struggled to sit up. suddenly she started coughing violently and even coughed up a bit of blood. Destiny barked, worried.

 

"Stay down. Why you in such a rush?"

 

"i hate hospitals. they always bring..."Sapphire wionced and laid back down as she heard someone coming.
"oh my. it seems you're in bad shape" the doctor remarked as he came towards them. he examined Sapphire and wrote some things down on his clipboard, "i'll be right back"
Sapphire watched him leave and tried to sit up again, "hey how'd i get here?"

 

"I ran you here."

 

"huh? well thanks....you didn't have to...." Sapphire muttered as she winced from pain again. Destiny barked anxiously. "i'm alright...."
the doctor came back, "i'm afraid not. i took a look at your history and it seems you've had this happen to you before correct? you're lucky you aren't dead. you have to take mediacation and come for check ups but you haven't. you'll need to stay in the hospital to recover"
"what!? no way! i hate hospitals! i hate them! i won't!" Sapphire yelled as the doctor left.

 

"I just got from the hospital. Don't worry!"

 

"you were? why?" Sapphire asked, calming down.

 

"My arm. I have an old problem. Don't worry, though. Just go."

 

"only if you tell me what happened to your arm" Sapphire said, destiny whined.

 

"It happened when I was little. It was nearly chopped off."

 

"accident?" Sapphire asked as she began to pet Destiny.

 

"Ya." He looked at his hand. "I'm amazed I can feel anything there anymore."

 

"how did you get into the accident?" Sapphire asked, her eyes still on Destiny.

 

"Blizzard."

 

"oh..."Sapphire said as the doctor approached, "hey will you take care of Destiny for me while i'm at the hospital?"
