Orphan academy

Dawn laughed and nodded. Taking a seat by the tree. "So how are you liking the school?"

 

"mot bad" he said as he sat down next to her

 

"Yeah? I don't hate it eather I mean...school hasn't ever been really fun for me but I like it here with everyone. Even if the food isn't all that good." She scratched Silver behind the ears. She couldn't get over how awesome silver was.

 

"yea i never really liked school but this one is kool"

 

"I prefer just listening to music and hangin' out most of the time. And sometimes I sketch but nothing too great."

 

"lol. sounds like but i dont do art"

 

Dawn laughed. "I woun't call what I do art. It's more in the, advanced doodling section."

 

"i havent eaten sense i got off the train. u want to go some where to eat??? u pick i pay.

 

"Yeah!" Dawn took a breath to calm down her voice. "I mean sure. What do you feel like having? There are plenty of places to eat."

 

"i dont care as long as it tastes good"

 

Dawn laughed. "Okay. Well, I know this great place that serves basically anything you can think of...er...except squid, so don't be planning on that."

 

"ok leed the way. come on silver "

 

Dawn led them just down the road to a small restaurant, nothing fancy but definatly someplace you didn't go to just once. "Where did you ride in from? Do you live far?" Dawn asked as the chose a table.

 

"it was a prity long ride."

 

"Is it cold where you live? Like...alot of snow or what?"

 

"no it wasent cold but it rained all the time. how about u??? r u here for school or r u an orphan too???

 

"Orphan. The police got me. Did you know there's a rule about kids going to school?" She rolled her eyes. "But it's kinda homy here. Like I actually live somewhere, ya know?" She paused. "What happened to your parents?"

 

"every one in my family was killed when i was 2.

 

"Oh man...that's aweful...i'm so sorry..."

 

"yea. well lets eat."
