Persona 3/Persona 4: Mask of Existence

"You don't say....." Ryoji looked rather nervous while Arisa looked confused.

 

"What are...Shadows?" Souji asked and the bear looked at him. "They are the inhabitants of this world, wheneve rteh fog lifts here it's dangerous, that's why I had you go back. Okay no more questions! he said.

 

Ryoji seemed to grow nervous at the mention of the Shadows, Arisa looked at him, wondering what was wrong.

 

The bear stared at Ryoji. "So you are the culprits!" as Yosuke glared at him. "You are suspicous yourself, let's see your face!" he said and pulled on teh head until ti came undone only to find there was nothing inside. "Wh-What the hell are you!?"

 

"No, I am not! I just get this feeling about the Shadows." Ryoji sighed, Arisa looked inside the body.

 

"He's hollow?" Shinichi asked himself as the bear took back his head and placed on himself.

"I'm not the culprit...I wouldn't do such thing...I live here and want to live peacefully...I'll believe you guys aren't the culprits so I want you to find the guy whose doing this and stop him, you got to promise me.

 

"I give you my word, not as the heir of the Suzuhara Company, but as a member of the Suzuhara Family." Arisa said, Yukari nodded. "We promise."

 

Shinichi looked at the bear. "I promise as well." as Yosuke and Souji argeed as well as Yosuke sighed. "We might as well introduce ourselves. I'm Yosuke Hanamura." he said as Souji nodded. "Souji Seta." as Shinichi pointed to himself. "Shinichi Inoue." he said.

 

"Arisa Suzuhara." Arisa said, Yukari pointed to herself. "Yukari Takeba."

"Ryoji Mochizuki."

 

"You got a name?" Yosuke asked the bear as the bear nodded. "Teddie." as Yosuke groaned. "Figures...but how are we suppose to find the culprit in the first place?"

"I dunno...Oh but I know where the last person came in" He pointed out and Yosuke looked at him

"Last person...? you mean Saki-senpai!?" as Teddie stared at him. "I mean the person who came in and disappeared last time, I dunno the name. I'll take you there, you might find some clues but one thing first, here, put these on." he said as he handed each of them a pair of glasses as the boys put them on.

 

Arisa, Yukari, and Ryoji put on their pair. Yukari looked around. "I can't any fog at all."

 

"Whoa, your right!" Yosuke exclaimed and Shinichi briefly took them off and then back on to see the difference.

"Well, I been here for a long time so you can rely on me! But...Uh...I can only show you where the place is, you guys will ahve to defend yourselves." Teddie said as Yosuke stared at him.

"What happened to relying on you! Th-there better not be any monsters! You understand!? We bought weapons but I mean...they're more for show! If it's so dangerous, why don't you do something!?" Yosuke said at Teddie who then replied.

"Uh uh, no way. I've got no muscles...Oh oh! I can give you guys moral support from a safe distance! How does that sound?"

"...We're screwed." Shinichi thought to himself

 

Arisa and Yukari sweatdropped.

 

Souji decided to see if Teddie really couldn't fight and touched him as Teddie fell backwards. "N-Noooo....." he said as he wiggled around.

"I-Is this thing for real!?" Yosuke exclaimed and Shinichi sweatdropped. "Yeah...we're definely screwed..." he said to himself as he facepalmed.

 

Ryoji helped Teddie stand back on his feet.

 

"Can I ask you something? Who's this Saki-senpai person? Someone you know?" He asked them and Yosuke stayed slient. "...That does matter right now...at least we know Senpai might been thrown in here. Let's get moving." he said and Teddie soon lead them

Shinichi noticed soemthing very odd about teh place Teddie bought them to. "Hey...isn't this the shopping district?" he asked himself ans Yosuke was certainly confused. "What's going on here!?" He asked out loud

"Some weird places have appeared here recently. Things are so tangled, I dunno what to do..." He said sadly and Yosuke turned and noticed Teddie was a fair distance away.

"Why are you standing so far from us? You better not plan to high-tail it when something comes up." Yosuke said at him and teddie's eyes had smallened. "Of course not! I mena...I wouldn't want to get in your way" he said soemhow blushing.

"Man they went all out on this...but out of all the places in town, why'd replicate this one?" Yosuke asked himself. "How should I know? This is reality for the one who's here." he said and Yosuke sighed.

"As usual, nothing you say makes any sense...but if this is our shopping district, that means Saki-senpai's is not..." Yosuke started running up the road as the others followed

 

Arisa, Yukari, and Ryoji followed them, Yukari looked at Ryoji with a worried look.

 

"I knew it...! This is the liquor store that Saki's parents run. Does this mean...Senpai disappeared here? What could of happened...?" He asked himself as he started walking towards the store's entrance.

"W-Wait a second. Th-They're here!" Teddie said shocked as Yosuek turned to him. "What?" he asked confused.

"...Shadows, I had a feelign they're going to attack...!" he said as the spirally red and black entrance of the liquor store had two faces appear and afll off as their bodies formed as they became mouths.

Souji was surprised until he held his head, hearing a voice. "I am thou...Thou are I...The time has come...Open thy eyes...and call forth what is within! Souji stopped hearing teh voice and removed his hand from his hand to see a card as he flipped it over revealing to blank until it shone.

"Per...son...a" Souji said as the card was covered in a light blue flame and closed his hand over it as his body was engulfed in light blue flame as a creature stood behind him.

 

Ryoji held his head in pain and screamed when the Shadows appeared, one was going to attack Arisa, but somehow she grabbed the tongue and looked completely disappeared. The skin on her hand disappeared to reveal a metal arm, her silver hair became dark blue and her neon eyes became black. The new person crushed the shadow and held a card in the metal hand.

"I art thou. Thou art I. From the sea of thy soul, you come. You are Orpheus, Master of String!" The person held the card as a man appeared. He wore a snow white robe, and from his neck down was covered in blood and scars. He wielded a harp like a sword.

 

Souji stared at the Shadow he was faced with. "Izanagi!" He called out as he sent his Persona after the tongue-like shaodw as Izanagi sliced it with his strange sword.
