It's because of Arisa and Hattori's genes. Arisa and her sister's genes accelerate growth of a child, which would cause a child they are carrying to be born in five months. Hattori's genes further accelerate growth, which will cause any child that he and Arisa would have to be born in a month.

 

No way....... So, I'm carrying Kyo and she'll be born in a month.
