Persona: Mask of Innocence

Hattori entered the pocket dimension. Everything was stark white with no decoration.

"Pretty bleak here."

"True, Master. The place could use a little sprucing up. We shall work on that after training though." Ares said as he drew his sword.

Hattori smirked and drew his scythe.

 

Shinji mange dto pullt himself out of the wall and he coudl feel teh pain but chose to ignore it as he noticed dark Shinji runnign at him and Shinji pulled back his fist and Dark Shinji jumped over his opponent and kicked him in the back, sending Shinji to the floor.

"Are you serious....you are this weak!? Geez, killing you will be much easier than I thought!" Shinji coughed and got up as he thrust hismelf backwards from his dark half to give him ample room as he placed one hand behind him and the other in front as Dark Shinji done the exact same movements.

"Impossible! Does he know that stance?!" Both SHinji calle dout teh attack "X-BURNER!" The hand behind them soft otu a soft flame as the hand in front shot otu a powerful shot of fire like a beam as Shinji's was oraneg and his dark half's purple as the two attacked collided and both were struggling sure advantage as Dark Shinji cackled.

"Geez, you REALLY suck Shinji, I knwo all of yoru moves, nwo watch as the master shows you how this attack should really be used! Dark SHinji shoute dout as his behind glove changed to a different flame as it a much denser black and Dark Shinji thrust himself forward while mantaining teh Purple flame attack as Shinji's eyes grew shocked and befor ehe knew it, his attack was overwhelmed and he took the full blast of both his own attack and Dark Shinji's as he soared through the ground, uniform in ruins/

"This is Really, all you got...heh...you are useless, Oh well, I suppose if you are this weak, I can take over your body and that damn woman Yukari teh true meaning of love if you get my drift!" Dark shinji said as his placed his foot on SHinji's head and SHinji' hand grabbed hsi ankle and threw him off as Shinji struggled ot stand up.

"Don't...you...dare.....touch...Yuka-chan!" SHinji's eyes were shwoing he was nearly at his limit and Dark Shinji watched and laughed.

 

Ares swung at Hattori multiple times. Hattori blocked each blow, but felt himself getting pushed back with each hit.

"You're soft, Master. How do you expect to protect the ones dearest to you with that strength?"

Hattori countered with attacks with his own, all of which Ares blocked. Ares grabbed Hattori and threw him into the ground.

 

Her dark self dodged every one of her moves. "I always knew you're weak, but this? Watch as I'll take over your body and tell Aigis how you really feel about her."

This time, Arisa started to attack with her fists. "DON'T..... YOU..... DARE..... HURT...... AIGIS...... OR SUKI........!!"

Fuuka began to explain everything that happened after Graduation Day, about the Abyss of Time and Metis, her meeting with Arisa and the others, and finally the start of the hunt of the Shadow Arcana.

"Should Aigis stay away from Arisa since she holds the Death Shadow in her?" Yukari asked.

 

Hattori slowly got up and dusted himself off.

"You're asking for it, Ares."

"Big talk for a weakling. Let's see you put some bite behind that bark of yours."

Hattori rushed at Ares. A blood red glow surrounded his scythe. As Hattori swung, a red energy wave shot forth from the blade. Ares held up his sword to block. The sword was knocked from his hand upon impact.

"Impressive. You're finally learning to harness your power."

 

Arisa kicked at her dark self, which she dogded. "They picked the wrong person to house the Death Shadow. You're jealous of Suki, aren't you?"

Ignoring this, Arisa continued to her dark self.

 

Ares grabbed his sword and swung at Hattori. A red barrier blocked the sword and Hattori hit him with the pole of the scythe.

 

Arisa was able to pin her dark self against the wall and gasped for air. Her dark self smirked."Fine, you were able to pin me. But you're right about what I said."

 

"Let's take a break for now. We'll work more on your powers later."

Hattori nodded. He and Ares left the pocket dimension.

 

Arisa punched the wall and her dark self sighed. "You win. Now you can control the Death Shadow and all persona under the Death Arcana." She disappeared and Arisa felt different as she left her mind and rejoined the others.

 

"You got a little training done too, huh?"

 

"Kinda." Arisa sighed. "I fought a dark verison of myself. Now I have control of the Death Shadow and all persona under the Death arcana."

 

"That's cool. I accidentally made a pocket dimension with my power, so Ares dragged me in there to work on them."

 

"My dark self was strong, but not strong enough." Arisa said.

 

"Darkness can never overcome the light. It may get you down, but you'll always triumph over it."

 

Arisa nodded as a new voice echoed in her head. "My gentle master, I am Messiah, persona of the Judgement Arcana. I will help you and your friends on your journey."

 

"I guess Shinji is facing his dark side as well."

 

"Probably." Arisa brought out her new persona for everyone to show. Suki gasped at how he looked.

 

"You've nearly got a full deck, don't you Arisa?"

 

Ryoji said, "Lets check her deck." Arisa pulled her deck and took each card out. "The Fool, The Magician, The Hierophant, Strenght, The Lovers, Death, The Moon, and Aigis' special arcana, The Aeon. I still have a long way to go."
