Persona: Mask of Innocence

Shinji watched as Ovan and Suki headed out to town and so, he sat down in the chair nearby Arisa's bed and watched her lying form.

"Guess I'll watch over her then until Suki and Ovan return." he thought to himself as he watched Arisa carefully.

 

"What's wrong with you, Hattori? You're not your usual mopey self."

"It's nothing."

"I bet you're thinking about that blue winged girl you saw in the hospital."

Hattori blushed. "I am not."

"I knew it. You're a lovestruck puppy."

 

Suki stepped out and smiled. "Lets go."

Arisa just laid in her bed, breathing into the mask on her face.

 

He got out and took her hand.

 

Suki smiled and walked with him.

 

He smiled back and walked up to the guy that would seat them. "Table for two please." he said. "Ah." the man said, noticing them holding hands. "We have just the table for you. Follow me." He walked over to a darker area of the restaurant where the only light was from candles on the tables.

 

Suki blushed red as her hair as they were led to the table.

 

"What are you so embarrassed about?" he asked her, as he was seated.

 

Suki sat down and said, "It's nothing. I'm surprised he chose this place. But I like it.'

 

"So do I." he said, smiling. "It's very romantic, don't you think?"

 

"Why were those doctors wanting to experiment on me?"

"They want to know more about us persona, but they can never understand. Only a user can understand a persona. After all, every user is born with a persona."

"Is that so?"

"No snappy retorts? Your mind must really be focused on that girl. You should go see her again."

"I'll go. I've still got my disguise after all. It'll give me an excuse to fire up the motorcycle."

"Keep telling yourself that, Hattori. You can't cover up your feelings for too long."

 

"Yes!" Suki was red as her hair and wings.

 

Shinji sat down nearby Arisa's bed as he sighed deeply. "Something troubling you?

Shinji smiled when he heard his Persona call out to him. "Not really, no, I'm just taking whenever I get a break, carrying around Arisa-chan and avoiding those creatures wasn't exactly easy.

I know, but you could of joined Ovan and Suki.

"Nah, it's better not to interupt them, besides, these doctors may find out about Arisa-chan's wings even though we Persona Users can see them and humans can not. He replied back within his thoughts

"I just noticed soemthing, when did you start calling this girl Arisa-chan? you don't even know her."

Shinji was caught out by his Persona and blushed a bit. Well, well, fallen for an angel have we?

"Okay okay, don't rub it in Kumoi!" he sighed deeply.

 

"Do you really like being with me so much that you blush?" he asked, chuckling a bit.

 

Hattori got on his motorcycle and headed back into town.

"I forgot how good it was to ride this thing."

"That's because you insisted on walking everywhere, idiot."

"I've got to stay in shape you know."

"Yeah, sure dummy."

 

Suki blushed harder. "No, I'm just always like that!"

 

"So you're always nervous and embarrassed?" he asked. "You need to learn to lighten up and have fun. And maybe I'm just the person to help you."

 

Hattori pulled into the hospital parking lot and parked in the back.

"Something seems different here. It's like the atmosphere changed since we left."

"Think it might be demons?"

"I hope not. If there are any here, we'll have to get her out of here."

"Whatever it is, stay on guard."

 

Arisa continued to stare Igor and Elizabeth. "How do I get out?"

"Like this." He snapped his fingers and Arisa woke in her hosptial room.

Suki nodded. "Yeah, sure."

 

"Where shall we start?" he asked, thinking.
