"Right." Arisa nodded.

 

"We're here." Hattori said, smiling.

 

Arisa landed.

 

Hattori landed next to her.

 

Arisa sighed and entered the studio.

 

"Hey guys, how's it going?"

 

"Everything's fine." Arisa smiled.

 

"Recording booth 1 is ready anytime you feel like recording. Before I forget, here's your bonus check for signing on."

 

"Thanks." Arisa slipped the check into her pocket and entered the booth.

 

"You remember how to work the equipment, right Hattori?"

"Yeah, I remember." He said as he started up the recording equipment.

 

Arisa smiled, closing her eyes and starting to sing. 'Show me the meaning of being lonely....... So many words for the broken heart, it’s hard to see in a crimson love. So hard to breathe, walk with me, and maybe nights of life so soon become wild and free I could feel the sun.'

 

Hattori smiled as he continued to work the equipment.

Hattori continued to record as he listened.

 

Arisa thought about Suki and Ovan as she sang. 'Life goes on as it never ends. Eyes of stone obverse the trends. They never say forever gave. Guilty roads to an endless love. There’s no control. Are you with me now?'

 

Hattori carefully watched the equipment to make sure nothing went wrong.

Hattori sat back and watched her.

 

Arisa continued to sing. 'There’s nowhere to run. I have no place to go. Surrender my heart, body, and soul. How can it be you’re asking me to feel things you never to show? You are missing in my heart.'

 

Hattori smiled at her.
