Persona: Mask of Innocence

Arisa finished her song. 'Tell me why can’t I be there where you are? Show me the meaning of being lonely. Is this the feeling I need to walk with? Tell me why can’t I be there where you are. There’s something missing in my heart.' She took a breath and sighed.

 

Hattori shut off the equipment.

"That was great, Arisa."

 

"Thanks." She stepped out of the booth.

 

"Now what do you want to do?"

 

"Lets head back."

 

"After you, my dear."

 

Arisa headed back for the dorm.

 

Hattori followed close behind.

 

Arisa sighed and landed. Ryoji walked out, rubbing his eyes. "Hey, there."

 

Hattori landed and shook some loose feathers from his wings.

 

Arisa sighed. 'Hattori..... Wonder if I should show him?'

You mean, those 'marks' across your body?'

 

"Something bothering you?" Hattori asked with concern.

 

Show him. If you two are going to be together, it's usually best not to keep from one another.'

Arisa sighed, taking off her shirt. Almost all her top body were covered in scars, Ryoji fainted when he saw them.

 

Hattori gently ran his hand across some of the scars.

"I take it you got these at the lab."

 

"Yeah, your father said it was perfect punishment for slaves." Suki walked out and revealed some of her own scars. Arisa sighed.

 

"Makes me want to bust in jail and strangle him. It sickens me that he did this to you."

 

"Yeah. But let him rot in jail for his crimes. He deserves it."

 

"I know. He's probably getting a taste of his own medicine in jail anyway."

 

Arisa put her shirt again and snapped her fingers in front of Ryoji. He woke up.

 

"I hope he wasn't thinking anything perverted."
