"How? Through that one experiment?"


Aigis shook when she looked at the pictures.

 

"Yeah, I was born with him in me. I know him as well as I know myself."

 

SHinji looked at Aigis and to Josh. "Aigis, hold Josh's hand and clsoe your eyes while Josh leads you." he said to her an dhe heard something go off and he looked around before he regconized the tone and pulled out his phone, it was...ringing?

"What the hell? I thought phones or any otehr electrical eqipment was useless during these times." he answered his phone and nodded.

"It's Fuuka-chan, she's somehow managed to get my signal and is able to commicate." he switched the phone to loud for everyoen to hear.

 

"Everyone, I found a strong and powerful darkness. It's deeper inside the building! It must be Hattori's shadow self!"


Arisa nodded and Aigis took Josh's hand, closing her eyes.

 

"Alright." Josh said, leading her. Hattori is like me. Ovan thought.

 

"I can sense him straight ahead. I'd never forget that aura. How'd he get in here though, I thought he was gone."

"I'll be happy to tell you when you make it to my chamber. In the meantime, I welcome you to my home."

 

"Lets go." Arisa ran toward the room. Suki followed after her.

 

Josh and Ovan followed them.

 

Hattori ran beside them. He could hear Lucifer's mocking laughter from beyond the door.

 

Shinji followed them as he turned off his phone to save his battery and saw Hattori's dark self as Shinji got into a stance.

 

"It's good to see you again, Hattori."

"Shut up. How did you survive without a vessel?"

"As long as you live, so shall I. I even learned how to cross dimensions from you."

"So that's how you got here. But why?"

"Because you have something that's mine. I told you one day, I would have your body, and now I've come to collect. Your fiancee will be an added bonus."

"I won't let you touch her!"

 

Arisa pulled her bow and arrows.

 

Shinji stared at Hattori's dark halfa nd spoke. "you won't have anything to collect, but I'm sure we'll be happy to pay you some beatings and cuts." He was about to swing his sword as he heard laughter. "What the?" he looked around for any people.

 

"He can't handle all of us at once!" Josh said.

 

Lucifer shook his head.

"This fight is between me and Hattori. I made sure you would have some playmates though."

Lucifer snapped his fingers and shadows ran out from the door behind them.

 

"Damn!" Ovan said.

 

Arisa ran to the door, which closed immediately. She tried to get it open, to no avail. "Hattori!!"

 

SHinji turned aroudn and swung his sword at the incoming shadows as dark energy balde attack hit them but more came.

 

Hattori glared at Lucifer.

"What's with that look, Hattori? I knew you wouldn't want anyone interfering with our fight, so I took the necessary precautions."

"That's not why I'm pissed." Hattori said before slashing at him with his scythe, which was already covered in blue flame.

Lucifer smirked. "Then why?"

"I'll tell you once I've ground you into dust."

 

Ovan and Josh fought them with Josh protecting Aigis.
