"Sure! I want some more of his cooking!"

"Sounds like a wonderful idea." Toya smiled.

 

Zain came back to them holding a slotted spoon, "Toya, I know we just met, kinda and all, but I'm taking this pary's food issue into my hands. What you need is a really good cake and some good food. Also, I think you should fire your chef. He sucks." His arrogance and easy smile kept his fingers away from his dangling feather earing.

 

"I'll go tell Zain then. You two stay here." Yuki said before walking to the kitchen.

"Hey Zain, you've got a free license to cook whatever you want."

 

Toya and Sakuya just stayed where they were, drinking their drinks. Toya was thinking about making Zain the new head chef.

 

Zain unclipped his feather earring and tucked it in his pocket. "This is sooo cool. Hehe, if Liz could see me now. Just one day away from that damned place and I'm happier than I've been in a while." He set about making the new cake, "Yuki, I think someone can throw away all that extra food. Doesn't taste very good anyways."

 

Yuki went to look around. She hoped that Toya and Sakuya were getting to know each other a little better.

 

"Care to dance?" Toya asked, setting his drink. Sakuya sighed and set her drink down. "Fine." Toya led her out to the dance floor and began to dance.

 

Yuki smiled as she watched them dance. She then went back to the kitchen to see how Zain was doing.

 

Sakuya felt embarrassed dancing with Toya. Toya looked at his parents and sighed.

 

Zain popped something chocolaty in the oven and hurried over to the rest of the dinner, he looked up at Yuki briefly, "Hey Yuki. How's Sakuya and Toya? You wanna lick the spoon?" Excitement made his purple eyes seem a brighter shade of purple as he held out a chocolate covered spoon to her.

 

Yuki took the spoon and licked it.

"Delicious." She said before looking back on the dance floor.

"Sakuya and Toya are dancing together right now."

 

Zain laughed, "I'll bet Sakuya's getting embarrassed." The timer went off and he pulled out a dark chocolate cake from the oven, setting it on the cooling rack. "I sure hope people like Dark Forest Cake." He looked out at the dance and smiled, "Oh the rest of the food is done. If you want to set it out there."

 

Sakuya sighed and continued to dance with Toya.

 

Yuki sighed as she looked on. She went to set the food out.

 

"Smells like the food's ready!" Sakuya said, Toya nodded and left her.

 

Yuki walked up to Sakuya.

"So how was the dance?"

 

"I hate to admit, it was pretty good. Guess he's not much of a brat after all."

 

"I told you he wasn't that bad, Sakuya." Yuki said.

 

Sakuya smiled and sighed. Toya was busy talking to businessmen about expending his family's offices.

 

"It's going to take too long to go home, so we might as well stay over after the party." Yuki said.
