Persona - Mask of Origins

Sakuya went to her room and fell asleep.

 

Yuki flipped through the channels, but didn't find anything interesting on.

 

Toya couldn't sleep and looked out his window.

 

Yuki wondered how Sakuya and Toya were getting along.

 

Toya sighed and noticed a strange door in his room. He walked to it and opened it, entering a velvet colored room. There was a young woman and a old man with a long nose. "Welcome....." The old man said, "to the Velvet Room."

 

Yuki sighed as she fell asleep on the couch.

 

"The Velvet Room?" Toya wondered to himself. Okami appeared and smiled, 'You never change, Igor.'

The man smiled and nodded.

 

Yuki slowly woke up and stretched. She found herself lying on the floor.

"That's the last time I sleep on the couch."

 

Sakuya entered the house with the coffee. "Wake up Zain. I want some more of his cooking!"

 

"In a bit. Zane was pretty worn out last night and I want to make sure he's well rested."

 

"Why? Was there some sort of fight or something?"

 

"It was a long trip home. We had to deal with a few shadows along the way and the fight took a lot out of him. I think it's better that we go out for breakfast today."

 

"Okay, then." Sakuya smiled and noticed Toya had his car parked out front.

 

"So how did you and Toya get along while I was gone? You didn't do anything too risky, I hope."

 

"No, we slept in our separate rooms last night."

 

"Good. I wouldn't know what to think if my best friend got pregnant." Yuki said, giving her a hard time.

 

"You can be very horrible at times." Sakuya told her, walking to Toya.

 

"Calm down, Sakuya. It was just a joke. I'm gonna go check on Zain before we go."

 

Zain could smell Sakuya as she entered the house and Yuki. He fought with himself not to get up. Orphan hesitantly hissed quietly, "Should I get Yuki?" He fought the urge to get up harder, "N-no. This is my fight." His body involuntarily sat up and he shivered, If it's my fight, then why am I losing? he thought. His fangs dripped saliva, N-no! I won't become one of them! Gripping the matress he lay back down and labored his breathing, praying no one would bother him until he could get himself under control.

 

Sakuya and Toya waited for them. Toya was thinking about the encounter he had last night.
