Yuki sat back down on the couch and flipped through the channels.

"I'm glad we don't have school today."

 

As Zain poured over the stove he glanced over at them, "So, Sakuya, you get breakfast at that one place often? What no home cooking?"

 

"I've helping Yuki-chan out with her parents absent a lot. I can't even remember when we came friends."

 

"We've been friends ever since we were six, dummy." Yuki said as she hit Sakuya on top of her head with a pillow.

 

Zain laughed and dropped one omlet on a plate, "Who wants first dibs?!"

 

"You want a pillow fight?! You got it!" Sakuya set her coffee down and got another pillow, hitting Yuki back.

 

Yuki hit Sakura with the pillow again. She seemed to be perking up a bit now.

 

Sakuya smiled, "I'll take the first omlette!" She hit Yuki again.

 

Zain set the plate down and poured her a glass of juice, "All that coffee can't be good for a well balanced morning. Drink something healthy and eat your food. I guarantee you'll be up for more training." He started on the other omlettes.

 

"Only as long as I get the biggest omlet." Yuki said as she dropped the pillow.

 

Sakuya smiled and dropped her pillow. Toya slipped some letters into Yuki's mailbox.

 

Zain obliged her and cracked another egg into the pan, "Your wish is my command." he smiled like never before.

 

"I'll be right back, I'm gonna go check the mail."

 

Sakuya nodded and drank her coffee.

 

Yuki got the mail and went through it. She was surprised to see a letter from Toya. She put the letter in her pocket, wanting to read it later.

 

Zain set their food down and started eating. Yawning again he took a long drink of orange juice.

 

Sakuya took a sip of the juice and sighed.

 

Yuki sat down and took a sip of juice before eating her omlet.

"So delicious..." Yuki said.

 

Sakuya bit into her omlet. "Man, this is good! Zain, you should become a chef!" Sakuya scuffed down the rest of it.

 

Zain felt his cheeks grow hot, "Heh thanks. I've thought about it but for now I'm going to focus on my training." Orphan hissed his good morning finally and Zain couldn't help but smile.
