Persona: The True Awakening

"Are you okay?
Did you get car-sick?
You don't look too good..." Nanako told him with a slightly worried look on her face.

 

Takumi handed the attendant the money to pay for the fuel and reached for his helmet and put it on as he got the goggles around it then lifted his leg over the vehicle and started it up as he drove away and turned a corner.

 

Chie sighed at Haru's lax attitude and left to go home. That Haru... "Oh, Haru, if you skip school again tomorrow you're going to be in big trouble!"

Haru nodded serenely, "Okay, I'll be there. Uh, bye..." He was never quite sure when Chie was done talking, but at least he knew to go back tomorrow.

 

"Yeah don't worry it's nothing" Souji said trying to calm Nanako down

 

"... If you say so.." Nanako responded, still not entirely convinced.

 

When they got home Souji unpacked his thing and they had dinner
"All right lets have a toast" and they all toasted
So... Your mom and dad are busy as always... They're was it" Dojima said
"I know it's only for a year, but getting stuck in a place like this because of your parents... It's rough being a kind.
"Yeah but you get used to it" Souji replied
"Well, it's just me and Nanako here so it'll be nice having someone like you around. So long as you're here, your part of the family, so make yourself at home. Dojima said
"Thanks" Souji said back
"No need to be so formal, Look your making Nanako all tense

 

Takumi arrived at home as he put the scooter in the garage and started up on cooking some dinner, he'd have to sleep in early as usual and soon, he was finished as he set the alarm for 3 am and soon sleep drifted over him as he was in his bed.

 

"Anyway, let's get dojima said before the phone begain to ring
"Ugh...Who's calling at this hour he said going to get the phone?"
"Dojima speaking.. Yeah? I see...so where is it?"
".... Alright I'm on by way, Looks like I made the right choice to sipthe booze"
"Who was that?" Souji asked
"Someone from work telling me there some work to be taken care of, go on and eat with out me" Dojima said
"I don't know how late I'll be, Nanako you help he out okay"

 

"...Okay." Nanako said, clearly a little sad that he had to leave.

 

"Nanako it rainning out, what did you do with the laundry!?" Dojima asked

 

"I already brought it in!" She told him.

 

"...Alright well i'm off" he said leaving

 

Once he had left, Nanako sat back down and turned the TV on.
It had a weather forcast about how the next few days would be rainy.
"... Let's eat."

 

"Sure" Souji Replied "So what does your dad do"

 

"He... investigates stuff.
Like crime scenes.
My dad's a detective." She answered.

The news came on, a leading story about An important man 'Taro Namatame' who had an affair with a reporter called 'Mayumi Yamano', his wife 'Misuzu Hiiragi' would be pursuing damages.
"... This is boring." Nanako said, changing the channel.
An advert for the local store 'Junes' came on.
Nanako sung the theme that followed, "Everyday's great at your Junes!"
She looked at Souji and asked him, "...Aren't you going to eat?"

 

"Yeah" Souji said nervouly starting to eat
After finishing he went upstair to get some sleep seeing that school started tommorow. When he got up he was on a foggy path that led to a door.
Where am I he thought following the path and entering the door.
"So.. you are the one pursuing me..
Hmhmhm.. try all you like." a foggy figure said Souji then attack the figure but could barely hit him due to all the fog
"If what you seek is the "truth", then your search will be even harder
Everyone see what they want to.. and the fog deepens,
Will we meet again" the figure said before dissapering into the fog the souji woe up hearing someone voice

 

"Breakfast's ready!" the voice said.

 

"That was some dream" souji said before going down stairs. When inthe kicten he say Nanako cooking breakfeast

 

At 3 am, Takumi awoke and yawned he atea quick breakfast and grabbed his school uniform to wear then the key as he opened teh garage door and sat within the Trueno's driver seat and started teh car up as he pressed on the accelerator to drive out and then got out to shut and lock the garage door and returned to the car, driving to the nearby Tofu shop of the Kujikawa's as the lady already got the deliveries ready and he put them in the trunk.

"I'm heading off." He said and drove in the early reccesses of the mornign where the sun didn't shine for another few hour as he left the town of Inaba.

At 6 am, he returned and had a proper breakfast as he had already parked the Trueno in the garage and scooter out ready.

 

"Good morning." she said laying breakfast on the table.
"Okay. Let's eat."
