I'm watching cable, channel 55 , and Kevin Trudeau is talking about, "A weight Loss Cure"

Okay, for 1 thing, We do not have a diesease, so why are they calling it a cure??? We aren't sick.

and another thing, they say that Children are getting fatter and fatter and can't help it. IT'S NOT A SICKNESS!!!

Actually, this is an area where im going to school you in.


Its a epademic not a desies per say, but we do have bacteria in are stomach that will make some of us more prone to bieng fat. But if you eat healty you will not be fat. You want to know whats making us fat... MCDONALDS, BURGERKING, WENDYS.
If you want to lose weight do interval training something along the lines of this

15sec walk then immedatly to 15 sec jog then immedatly to 15 sec sprint. do that continually 3 times, res a min and repeate for 5 times. Start watching what you eat, lower the fat up the protien and keep carbs at a good level. that is how you lose weight.


Oh and this guy is a scam artist never listen to him.

 

I know that but they shouldn't be calling this s cure! That's the whole reason I posted this.. They shouldn't call it a cure because we are not sick!

 

Well technicly exercise and correct eating is a cure for bieng fat. A cure is just something that fixes a problem. So I could tech say that Exercise and correct eating is a cure.

 

I believe that we are all equal and I think they shouldn't be calling it a cure because We aren't sick!!!

I've had many yahoo answers and I can't help but feel offended by this!

 

Listen if your fat and starting to do damage to your own body because your fat, then a clean diet and exercise are a cure.

I'm sorry for not agreeing with you. Even though you are right, I still have my opinions! One person can cause a difference, and I shall try to be that person...

 

Listen, If someone is morbadly obease what do you do? do you let them get so fat that they end up having to sit in there own filth or do you get out there and get them exercising and eating right. By deffinition this is considerd a cure.

 

I don't realy care..... Yes I'll agree with you... but one thing can lead to another... I will start the petition and I will try make a change.

 

The deffination is that if you can make someone less fat by dieting and exercise it is a cure. Not like a cure like we would think of as a flue shot to the flue or something to that affect but by def it is a cure.

Also want to make this clear before any mod gets a little warning happy, I am not calling her fat, im simply explaining something.

 

Actually, being overweight can lead to diseases... But, still, you're right. All this propaganda about becoming better and better, and better, and thinner, and thinner, and thinner has to stop. Being underweight can harm you just as much as being overweight can...

And besides, some times it's just not in your genes to be thin. I know - my aunt has slow metabolism, and no matter how much she works out and eats right, she can't sem to drop a pound.

So yeah. Start your petition or whatever. I'll be rootin' for ya. =3

There is a big diff from becomming skinner then becomming healther. hell you can even be big and be healthy, look at a natural bodybuilder or a natural powerlifter or a olympic lifter or a strongman. Take a look at a shot putter. These are all big people that are healthy. staying at a good weight with resonable body fat is what makes you healthy.

Why, so you can feel a little better. It defines the deffinition, Hes using it in the correct way. There is nothing to change.

 

I am offended by the name.. It would make me feel better about myself... He's lowering my self-esteem. It makes me feel bad that I'm SOO huge and he can just sit there talking about his book and weight loss cure and expect to be praised by it... It makes me sick!

as much as I hate this guy hes right, He used everything in its correct term, he used the term in the way in wich physical threopy helped my torn calf, Everything he said right there is right, you have no reason to get offended unless your just trying to find some justification for attacking him because he see's what's going on and you happen to be in the problem crowd.

 

why are you trying to put me down? Your making me feel as if I don't really belong in the world.You make it seem that its okay to be fat....

But you know what, I care.... because every day at school, I see people being taunted becasue they are fat.... They don't deserve that... ... other people act like he has some sort of dieseas.. but you know what... you can say whatever you want.. Im not trying to bring you down, nothing I have said can even remotly be said to that. The thing is They can fix the problem, I show no sympathy for someone who has everything possable to change something yet sits and yells out total B.S. when someone is trying to help the country. LISTEN 65% of America is obease. Obeasedy leads to heart damage liver damage intestinal damage and a bunch of other stuff. can lead to crappy blood cercilation wich can lead to a stroke.
