Pokemon: The National Journey

"Well you didn't HAVE to be a pokemon trainer. You could've been a coordinator. Of course.... I'm not sure if they have contests here in Kanto..."Valerie said nervously.

 

"They said... I should be with people... And this was... the best option..." Mage muttered again.

 

"wow, thats kind of unfair. Noon should be forced to do something."Valerie said.

 

Terry healed Blaze with a potion.He looked back to Mage and Valerie.He sighed a bit."Hey Seth!Lets finish this got it."Terry said grinning to him.Blaze squeaked.

 

"alright then.This is getting annoying anyways" Seth said crossing his arms

 

Valerie looked at the boys. "Oh wait its over?"she asked.

 

Blazes fire started to rise more and more almost engulfing him.Terry had a serious look on his face, almost making him look like a different person entirly."Blaze you can win!Use tackle!!!"Terry said loudly.Blaze ran faster at Nidoran squeaking in confidence.

 

"peck now" Seth said this time showing more enthusiasm that before. Nidoran quickly ran forward with its horn ready to peck Blaze the moment they got close.

 

Valerie watched the battle. "wow..."she said.

 

Terry grinned when he heard the word peck."Just the words I wanted to hear!Blaze jump!"Terry said loudly.Blaze jumped over nidorans horn and was above his body.Terry laughed a bit."Blaze tackle him now!"He said.Blaze went down aiming for nidorans back.

 

"keep on charging" Seth said. The moment Blaze dodged the attack Nidoran just kept on running forward so that Blaze was not above him. "turn and jump with peck" Seth said. Nidoran then quckly turned and jumped in the air at blaze with his horn. A flying type move should do well in the air and that Cyndaquil got leered many times Seth thought to himself

 

Dean watched the battle carefully. "That's bad, Cyndaquil's stuck in the air and has nothing to avoid the attack, if Peck connects with Cyndaquil, combined with the Leers Nidoran has given it, it'll cause some serious damage." Dean noted.

 

OOC: back and I don't remember where to start reading... Recap?

 

"So what do you think, Leon? Try looking for more Pokemon, or continuing forward?" Akane asked, petting Flashfire.
Both the trainer and Pokemon were fully rested and were ready to go.

OOC: Why not just let Fayt control it, it is his RP.

 

Leon put his hand to his chin and lent slightly, "We should go forwards I suppose, we will be coming back this way if this is the Pokemon League", he said. "Shall we head towards Pewter City now then?", he asked.

 

OCC:Hey ima be gone for a few days um anyone want to take over my chracater till than?

Blaze was hit by the peck.He fell hard to the ground and slowly got up giving the Nidoran an evil glare.Terry looked down on Blaze and steped infront of him.Blaze looked up and squeaked in confusion.Terry grinned."Sorry to say this Mathias but I call T.K.O!"he said laughing a bit.

 

OOC: I See that everyone likes to skip my posts -_-' is everyone still in Veridian? I asked for a recap '-_-?

 

"That's true, let's go to Pewter then. We'll have to pass through Viridian Forest, so that should be a good training ground for Flashfire," Akane said, and the Houndour barked in agreement.

OOC: I just kind of scanned over the posts, reading mainly the ones that pertained to my group. Though I do think everyone's still near Viridian.

 

"Alright then", Leon said as he lead the way into Route 2. After a short bit of walking he noticed trainers ahead of them. He knew that if they crossed paths they would have to battle. Leon's Dratini nudged the back of his leg to tell him to go on. He did have two Pokemon so far so it shouldn't be difficult. The same would go for Akane he thought, remembering how Flashfire has an advantage over most types in this area with them being grass or bug with the normal types.

 

Valerie sighed, deciding to try and find a trainer to battle. "Think we'll ever get an actual battle, Static?"she asked. "Pikaaa..."Static cheeks sparked a bit.
