    Only normal moves, besides that's what learning new skills with levels and catching other Pokemon is for. It's basically choosing the right starter for yourself then finding other Pokemon to balance out the differences in strengths and weaknesses.

    Also can Starters have special Moves like Egg moves or Moves that can be Breeded? Because I remember May getting a Starter Squirtle that knew Ice Beam......

    Accepted. And no, they can't have egg moves, it's more like the games where your first Pokmon only knows two moves. But later on when breeding becomes an option that's when you can get eggs to have Pokemon with egg moves. I'm gonna try and keep as many in game features possible.
