Pokemon: The National Journey

"Meh, to me its alot funner to give them nicknames."Valerie said. Static gave a small 'Chu' in agreement.

 

"I really don't have any problem with any nicknames I just don't prefer to nickname my pokemon" Seth said

 

Mage silently nodded. "Let's... Let's move on. This will be a long road, we must keep walking." She went on, foward, Strawberry following at her heels.

 

Terry smiled at Seth and extend his hand out in greeting."Well It's nice to meet you."he said in a nice tone.

 

Seth looked over at Terry and shook his hand "yeah its nice to meet you i guess" Seth said calmly

 

Valerie notived Mage going off. "Um, one of your partners is leaving you behind."she said to Terry, pointing to Mage going off.

 

Terry looked behind him seeing Mage walk off.His jaw dropped a bit."What?Our other guy isn't even here yet."He said running after Mage.

 

"He must hurry then. Follow trail." Mage muttered silently. Strawberry was leaving a trail of flowers and odd colored leaves.

 

Terry put Blaze on his shoulder and followed Mage."So do you know where we're going?"he asked.

 

Rayku had stood there with his new pokedex in hand, looking it over a few times. It was brandnew for this region, at least, that's what Professor Oak had said. His Totodile was trailing him while he walked to his group of trainers

"Hey there, my name is Rayku..." he smiled to both the girl and boy.

 

Seth watched as Mage left with Terry following her "well....what an odd girl" Seth said quietly. Seth's Nidoran looked at Seth and nodded in agreement

 

"She is...alittle weird. so, who else are we missing?"Valerie asked, putting Static down.

 

Mage quickly headed through several paths, and then decided to finally settle down.
Strawberry was resting in a patch of afternoon sun.

 

Terry sat down and Blaze stayed on his shoulder."Well we are far from the Oak facility.Thats an acheivment,I guess"he said in a bit whinny tone.

 

Kicking off from the wall, Colt meandered along down the steps from the laboratory. He knew that he was supposed to be traveling in a small group; but the others that he had been scheduled to be with had yet to show up. “Come on Daemon,” he said in a voice cooler than his age necessitated. The Ghastly, confused by the unfazed mannerism, and the sudden desire to depart, floated along, making short, light cries, as if to as what was going on. Even though no words were relayed, Colt seemed to understand the Pokemon’s words perfectly. “We’re not going to wait,” he told the Pokemon. If the others really wanted to be here now, they would have shown themselves. Besides, most of the others are still mingling. We can get a good head start this way.”

Daemon, even more confused, revolved around Colt’s head trying to get a good look into the eyes of its master. It had already tried everything it could think of to get the boy to break into laughter. But nothing had been working. Coming in line with the front of Colt’s face, it pulled out its tongue, reaching it up over its eyes. When the tongue had receded back into its mouth, the eyes were gone, as though they had never actually been there to begin with. Still, Colt didn’t budge. Daemon looked closer, in through the boy’s glasses, and frowned. The solemn gray eyes that belonged to its master were shut, like he was meditating whilst walking. Shaking its head, Daemon continued along, reaming behind its master. If its mind could be read here, it would likely be thinking of how on earth it would ever get the boy to smile.

 

Mage was well asleep, dreaming of places, and memories. She was resting to keep more energy for the night to go on.
Strawberry yawned and dozed off as well.

 

Terry was th only one up seeing as how everyone else had fallen asleep,including Blaze.Terry sighed and stood up."Might as well look for fire wood while I'm up."he said as he looked through the area.

 

Turning his head to look at the two who introduced themselves he knew it was his turn. Trying to keep himself from looking like he's trying to impress he came out with a quite pathetic grumble, barely noticeable before he actually spoke. "I'm Leon", he said keeping it short, "I'm from Blackthorn". His Dratini was still in his ball, he didn't want to let it out here in case of it getting trampled. He was over protective of his Pokemon.

 

"Hi! Names Jordan. and this is my Horsea, Queendra." Jordan said with a smile to his group friends. "We just need one more person then we can head off. Wonder where he is..." he then started to look around.
Queendra happily said "Horsea! Horsea!" to Static and Ninoran, trying to make friends.

 

"Blackthorn?" Akane said, shocked. "Isn't that where all the Dragon tamers are from?"
Flashfire had grabbed onto Akane's pants leg and was tugging at it. Without saying anything, she picked up the Houndour, and it climbed and balanced on her shoulder.
"But in any case, nice to meet you, Leon, and you too, Rayku."
