Pokemon: The National Journey

"Yeah...", Leon replied to both the question of the Dragon Tamers and the nice to meet you remark. As he was from Blackthorn he wasn't very trustful of others, something many Dragon Tamers of Blackthorn had in common. But he knew once he knew them better he'd loose the quiet mannerisms in no time.

 

"That's awesome, I'm guessing you've got a Dragon type, too."
Akane was a bit wary of Leon, she could tell he was a nice kid, but seemed a little untrusting. "Then again, we did meet all of ten seconds ago..." she thought.
Looking at both of them, she said, "So it looks like everyone else is starting to head out...you guys wanna go too?"

 

Leon nodded and patted the side of his trousers where his on hand Poke Balls where kept, "Just a Dratini", he replied to the first question. His intentions was to understand his new companions quickly so he could see if he could trust them. He simply nodded again when asked if the group should move out too while seeing what the other guy would say.

 

"Well, I'm from New Bark Town...where Professor Elm lives." he smiled as he picked up Totodile from the ground and pointed at him "And this is my Totodile!" he laughed as Totodile tried to squirm around in his arms.
He put him down and took out a pokeball, a red beam engulfed Totodile and went inside it's little home. He looked at the boy named Leon and said " We could head out now, yeah!"

 

"Alright then," Akane said, "Let's go!"
As they set out, Flashfire jumped down from Akane's shoulder and walked alongside her.

"Where should we head first?" Akane asked, watching as Flashfire took an interest to sniffing at Leon's shoes and pants.

 

Rayku took out his pokegear and looked at the map "Well, if we head north of route 2, we could head towards Pewter City...and there is also Viridian City while heading towards that direction" he pointed his finger on the path. He fixed his scarf and jacket, and gathered his belongings.He looked towards both Akane and Leon and said

"So, how about it?" he looked on with a smile. Rayku was looking at Flashfire and said "I've never seen this pokemon before...what is it?"

OOC: Sorry for being so late but it seems like everything started when I fell asleep last night.

IC: With a backpack full of Trainer essentials, a Pokegear on his wrist and a Pokedex in his pocket, Etrian was ready to set out on his journey. He looked at the Eevee that was given to him by the Kimono sisters back in his hometown and asked it, "Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime my little buddy?" His Eevee nodded and barked. "Then let's go meet our group, I'm sure we'll make a lot of new friends," Etrian said as he and his Eevee walked towards one of the trainers in his group.

"Hey! You over there with the Gastly! Don't leave just yet. I haven't introduced myself," Etrian said. "The name is Etrian and I'm in your group. What's your name?"

 

While listening to the other two talk about leaving, mentioning Viridian City as the ideal next stop he felt a nose bump his leg. Akane's Houndour was acting like it looks, a dog. He didn't mind. Leon started swivelling his right foot a few inches off the ground to confuse Flashfire but in a harmless way.
"So we're following the numerical order?", Leon asked noticing that Route 1 and Route 2 where along the way to Pewter City from looking at his PokeGear.

OOC: Blue will be the Gym Leader of Viridian but he'll come in later cause we'd all get our asses whooped at this point, so he'll probably be off somewhere training or researching and stuff like that, it points out at some point in the game I think that he actually leaves his gym a lot xD

 

He looked towards Leon and said
"Yeah, we can't take the other route, because we would need Surf....and I heard before Pewter City that there's a cave that leads somewhere..but that could be a rumor." he looked around at the other trainers, and there were hardly any left.

"We should head out so we can reach the next town before nightfall."

 

"Agreed," Akane said, "If we can make it to Viridian by today, we can stock up on whatever else we might need, then head for the forest."
She watched Flashfire, who was still investigating Leon. At this point, the Houndour was pawing at Leon's raised foot. Laughing lightly at her Pokemon's antics, she checked her supplies, and arranged them in her bag.

 

Dean stood with his Charmander with his trainer kit at the ready. "Aw man...this is what I get for sleeping in, my teamates are probably going to kill me for this." He said embarassingly and Charmander looked up him in confusion.

"Better get started eh Charmander?" he asked it smiling and Charmander happily nodded in reply as Dean followed the trail left behind as he had soon caught up with his teamates with the trail left behind.

"Sorry about that." He said sheepishly. "Slept in of all times." He said, chuckling a bit as Charmander stared at the Chikorita and the Cyndaquil.

"So our pokemon are one grass type and two fire types huh." Dean thought to himself as he got a look at the two pokemon.

 

Mage opened an eye, looking Dean. "He's here." she mumbled softly. She stood up, dusting herself off, and observed Dean. "...Fire...Slow, but stubborn. Good." she mumbled more softly, not willing for him to listen in on her.

 

Komaeno Quickly approached His Group Shouting Out:Hey Don't go without me While Smiling With His Vulpix On his Shoulder

It Seems That You're In My Group Huh. I'm Komaeno And This is My Friend Vulpix Nice Too Meet You All.

Hey It Seems The Others Are Heading Out Should we do it too?

Miyoko staired up in the sky with his partner growlith=(i nicknamed him slash) by his side "well i whoude say its time to go slash" "rough said his trusty partner" Miyoko picked up his backpack and went downstairs told his mother that he is going away on a journey to collect all gym badges and become pokemon league challenge Miyoko headed out to pewter city to collect his first gym badge.

 

"If your both prepared we should leave immediately", Leon stated as his foot grew tired from playing with Flashfire forcing him to put it down flat on the ground again. He was anxious to see Kanto, he was also excited about being able to catch new and various Pokemon but didn't let his face know it. Unlike the majority of the trainers in Blackthorn he didn't want to stick to just Dragon's. He waited a moment before he leaving the building to wait outside for the other two. On the boat journey here he had already arranged his bag to his liking.

 

Miyoko heads south of saffron city on route to vermillion city go through a lot of grass and is encounterd a WILD POKEMON

Terry walked back to Mage and Dean holding wood he had found.Terry grinned happily to the two new friends he has found."Hey there!You must be our other guy"he said with a grin."I'm Terry and I guess you found our groups shut in Mage."Terry laughed.

 

Mage slightly hissed at Terry's words about her.

 

Terry kept his smile and extended his hand out to Dean.
