I'd evacuate everyone, destroy it, and then use the pieces to construct a ringworld a-la Halo. Because the ring would have more surface area, overpopulation would be solved for a few more generations. People would then love me and make me their leader for ever.
Kill all the humans who are the ones responsible for the damage to the planet I WOULD FREAKING GET THE MAKERS OF SHAMAN KING ANIME TO REMAKE THE ANIME , CHANGE ZEKE BACK TO HIS JAPANESE NAME HAO and then , get myself a cheese burger.

I would destroy Misty and roxasvsriku's reing of terrorget me a private island for me, and people who act like riku kairi and sora. No, wait. Change that back to "destroy Misty and roxasvsriku's reing of terror"
I would spend it killing off all of the leaders that I could and then send out a broadcast on how to build a society without monopoly, and so end wage slavery and abuse of power over your fellow man. Even after that day, the video would be famous and would circulate widely, so I will have had a lasting influence on society. Watching the aftermath would be very interesting, to say the least.
That is not possible in a day, though. D: Unless you have an elaborate plan in waiting...? I would love to hear of such a thing, if it is possible.
Combine all countries in one and use my awesome powers to make them physically one country. That or get my own privte island, make it possible for my friends to come whenever they want, and perhaps build a town on it where only those I like and trust live.
I would order them to let me rule them for another day. If that fails, I'll get access to all the nuclear weapons. That should make me 'ruler' of the world for the days afterwards. Wishing for infinite wishes/genies FTW.
