It would be that you only had rights in a legal sense that you put onto others. For instance, if you violate another's right to property by stealing, anyone can come and steal from you without fear of legal repercussion. You lose rights that you take away from others, or do not have rights that you do not think that others have. Basically, it would get rid of double standards with rights theory. That would be a lot of fun to see, and it would take care of the protection of rights in a way.
I'd make it legal for police officers to be less serious. I can just picture it now: "You have the right to remain silent! Nah i'm just messing with you haha you're dead" BAM XD
