Random guy gives me a $20 PSN card.

Never really got around to it, and I feel like whatever it is has been way to over-hyped by dorks wearing nostalgia goggles that it wouldn't be the game it's made out to be, so it's kinda ruined my appetite for it.

Well, sure. But I don't think it's really all that appealing to me to begin with. The fanboys just make it less so, is what i was trying to say.

The fun of the game is kinda drained if you know what's going to happen, a lot of the novelty of the game comes from 12 year old me playing it for the first time and being completely and utterly stunned as soon as I get out of Midgar. The feeling can't be mimicked but design wise there are games with bigger world maps then VII anyway.
