It's simple.
Just rate the username of the user above you. 1-10. And if you want, you can even give them a reason why you rated them like that.
Example:
User One: 5/10. Because PrincessSugarCookie24252164 isn't a very unique name, it sounds very noobish. But I do love Sugar Cookies.
User Two: 10/10!!!! Bob is such an awesome username. Seriously.
