Kyo: " ill make the deal . . ."

Kyo walked over to his shinigami and took in a deep breath.

Kyo: " im willing to do this for you . ."

 

"I just got a peice of paper from some girl saying she wanted to help with the Kira case... Anyway, it has a load of infomation on it. You want it?"

 

"Nope" they ran over to him "Not now. The plan will be ruinedd if you did now. And besides you shouldnt have to give up half of you life for us"
"Wow Laya. Thats the most I've ever heard you say. But shes right"


"Yes. Bring it up now please"

 

"Right." L said hanging up and walking towards the rooms.

Kyo: " i want my father's dream to become reality. im willing to do this but if it ruins the plan then i wont."

Kyo sat down.

Kyo: " whats the plan anyway?"

"this isnt the place to talk and besides I dont think its the time either"

Kyo: " im tired. im off to bed."

Kyo got in his room and closed the door and locked it. he took of his black jacket to reveal his black tank top. he then opened his laptop. on the laptop was the words Kira on it

???:*from computer* "so did you find them?"

Kyo: " yes i have."

???: "they will become use of us. you better be careful or you might get killed."

Kyo: " im willing to take that risk to have my fathers dream become reality."

???: "i see"

Kyo: " tell the other members to find the names of Police and FBI agents in californa and kill them. it should help us."

???: "alright sir"

Kyo: " and another thing. I need the other members to go to different places in the US. that way we can cover more ground."

???: " alright ill tell them."

Kyo: " good. soon We will succeed fathers dream. we will make it real. and he will be among the living once agian. . . this is number I Kyo Yagami signing off"

The screen turned black and he closed the labtop and got in bed.

"Bye" he said "Well thats a good idea."

"Night." Laya said to Akito before he went to bed also and she sat on a chair in the lobby while reading a book

Misa was walking around the city when she saw the hotel that they were in "Well I havent checked in any hotels yet and it is getting dark..." she walked inside

 

at 7: 00 kyo woke up from a call from his lap top. it was urgent

Kyo got up and opened it

Kyo: number II what happened?

???: "the police!!! they found out about us! there headin to california right now!"

Kyo: "what?! SH*T!!!"

???: " one stupid member told the police about us wen we got busted! the police know ur locatioN!"

Kyo put his jacket on and pants and went to the other rooms

Kyo: "cmon wake up guys! the police are coming here we have to go!"

 

"Damn they got there stuff ready to leave "But if we leave now that would make us look guilty....we have to disappear."

"Or maybe I could help?" They door was open and Misa stood in the doorway

 

Dein slolwly spun his Death Note around in his hand, wondering what was going on...

 

ooc well I cant do anything right now =/

 

ooc: >_< damn... anyways, how is he going to learn about how to use his Death Note? cause he honestly has no clue about it... it has no instructions! god that would be frustrating...

Kyo: mother!

Kyo glared at her and took a step back.

 

"Whats wrong?" she asked worried

 

Kyo: " you tried to hide me from the truth! why didnt you tell me my father was Kira? Why didnt you tell me about the death note in the first place?just because i supported Kira you didnt want me to know my father was kira?"

 

"No! Its not like that! I lost possion of the Death Note so I didnt know that either! I lost my memories of being the second Kira and of your father being Kira......When he died I had no idea how or why and was lied to myself....it was sad."

 

Kyo: " youre the one who told the police were i was didnt you? i knew i shouldnt have let you into Kira-Shinigami-san. it was a mistake. . ."

Kyo picked up a pen

Kyo: " a big mistake . . ."

Then Kyo pulled the death note from inside his jacket

Kyo: " however big mistake's can be fixed . . ."

 

"I didnt say anything! Why would I? You're my son!" She took out her Death Note "But if you want me dead then so be it. Just take this with you and then you can see your father as a Death God. I'm sorry that I was such a bad mother....I desevre to die if you think that I was"
