Kyo continued running with them.

Kyo: " it will slow them down."

as they ran kyo felt a sharp pain on his shoulder. hes ben shot. e then fell to the ground still concious

 

OOC- Great now she's shot and dealing with an unconcious person! lol

"F*CK!" She screamed as the bullet tore through her shoulder, causing her to drop Near and fall to the ground. Blood dripping from the wound.

 

OOc: and in disney land were kids are always running and tripping people! LOL!! there gonna cry soon . . .


The children then started crying after seeing the two people shot

kyo was on his knees

Surren arrived on the sceen and went over to N and L "Tell me anything that I can do and I'll do it right away"


"Kyo!" She ran over to him "Keep going!" She yelled to the others who merely nodded and ran out of the place

 

Kyo: " mother. . .go!!!"

Kyo gave misa his death note.

Kyo: " just go!!! ill be fine!"

 

"I...I'm pretty ...pretty certain it was...was Kyo... and..and the others. Go after them, we'll be fine." She gasped through the agony of her wound.

OOC- BRB, dinner.

 

Raxine appeared with an amblulence. the doctors stopped the bledding with some bandages and put L in. the police then went after Kyo who was on his knee's

Kyo: " RUN!!!"

"You'd better" she said taking his note and the runing

"Right!" She had a mask on as protection from Kira and went after them when she saw Kyo

Kyo then got up and looked at her

Kyo: " watcha gonna do? kill me?"

Kyo then slowly walked towards them

Kyo: " cmon. try and kill me. . ."

 

She pulled out her gun and pointed it to him "Just come with us calmly so no one has to die."

 

Kyo laughed

Kyo: " no one has to die? but thats boring. . ."

then the police ran towards him. as they grabbed kyo. both of them fell to the ground holding there arms in pain. the blades on the back of kyo's hands have stabbed there arms.

then one of the cops used a tazer on kyo

kyo fell to the ground

Kyo: " Kira will rise. and a new revolution will live . ."

Kyo laughed as he fell uncouncious

Xel followed the four.

Xel: " remember. kyo told you guys to not help him if hes captured!"

 

ooc btw I am making a new rp so it might take a while to reply...

Surren went up to the cops "Hes yours" she showed them her badge


"He told them that but not me!" she told Xel

L was sitting with Near at the rides entrance. Waiting for everything to calm down, her shoulder still agony although she didn't show it. Luckily the bullet had gone straight through and no shrapnel remain in her. Even so she was angry, angry that she couldn't do anything because of the stupid bullet wound.

 

the doctors put L in a normal ambulence. in the amblulence a person touched The original with a piece of paper

 

Near started to breath again

 

"No I'm fine, I'm outta here." L muttered, almost fighting to get out of the ambulance "I've had worse injuries before now. So just let me go." She said finally escaping out and running off.

 

Surren put Kyo into the black van and told the driver to take im to the base
